Do a great job in the water, fit is a little tighter than expected (as I feel pressure on the big toe once on), but doesn’t create much of a problem though.
Comfortable footwear for wearing in swimming pool changing rooms. Fully washable.
Bought these to take on holiday to wear in Greece. We went last year without any beach shoes and it was an absolute nightmare, especially as the beaches we used was shingle. Not only that during our first beach holiday we realised how much we hate sand in our shoes/on our feet, so I looked into getting these shoes. These water shoes really did improve our beach holiday and made it a much more enjoyable experience.
I was a bit dubious at first as I am normally a size 7, however I went with the size 4-5 in these as I didn’t want them to slip off in the water and they worked perfectly. My toe did seem like it would pop out after a few uses but it never did and are still in great shape now after wearing them a good few times. These are so skin tight that you forget you are wearing them. Also, I did notice when just relaxing or swimming forward my feet did want to pop out of the water because of the shoes but this was very slight and wasn’t bothersome in the slightest for me. Also, I was extra glad I had bought these as there was more fish in the sea this time around and I didn’t have to worry about them getting between my toes with these shoes on 🙂
Super lightweight and a definite must buy for holiday.
What a bargain these are ! If like me you don’t like flip flops these are ideal for holidays, I am size 9 and the 9/10 fit well
They are stretchy to.
Where I swim has a lot of crushed shells which makes for a very harsh environment for my soft office walking feet. With these on I now am able to walk confidently into the water knowing that I have a layer of protection between me tootsies and the sea bed.
I bought these after getting athlete’s foot at the local pool, 1st time after years of swimming, to avoid spreading it or getting it again. From the first time on they fit well, are comfortable and have a good grip. They are very light and appear to be well made, time will tell. Why haven’t I bought these before.
These shoes are ideal for walking over stines to reach the sea or for Aqua aerobics. The fit is accurate and they have a removable insole if you are between sizes. I would recommend them.
Haven’t used them yet but fit is good and they seem OK. Have to see what salt water does to them.
They are nice looking, well made but sadly too large for me.
I ordered these shoes for paddle boarding and they were fab BUT originally ordered a size 6-8 for size 7 feet but way too big for water so re-ordered size 4.5 – 5.5 and they were perfect! and stayed on when walking in lake and jumping on Paddleboard.
These will do the job for the summer. Not the comfiest when dry but idea in the water and the sole is thick enough to protect your feet. Washes well too.
Very nice shoe. ordered for my son who does rowing but they won’t last long as they’re a bit small so order up for a better fit and to last longer. They will do him this summer.
Tried a few types of this kind of shoe for something minimal most fall apart very quickly or the soles wear through.
These are hard wearing take a lot of punishment on hard surfaces both walking and running. If you take out the thin inner you basically have a thin durable rubber sole with a minimal tread held firmly to the foot by the elasticated upper. You can bend the foot easily and the sole is thin enough to feel the ground below, just enough protection if you are not quite ready for fully bare foot yet.
I purchased these for the labour of my baby and for getting in and out of the pool ect. The item did not disappoint, I didn’t even realise I had them on. I can’t recommend them enough. Quick drying and anti slip, you can’t go wrong. I’m thinking of purchasing some for my family for lounging around the house as they are far more comfortable than slippers. Happy 😀
These are what they are and only a cover really for my swimming and walking when out in the ocean. Reading ridiculous reviews, they do not at all feel like the type of footwear you want for any kind of sports or heavy walking.. the quality is not there however for beach walking and feet protection when on the rocks and snorkelling they look and feel perfect.
Sole if touch and feels strong however the top is thin and elasticated, no issues with my purchased paid however as mentioned they don’t feel like they would last if you wish to use them for anything heavy, in terms of usage.
Happy.
These were great for what we needed them for. Ordered two pairs to wear to Atlantis in the Bahamas for a day on water slides. They were ideal. I wouldn’t have wanted to walk around without them. I didn’t really test them out on rocks or really tough surfaces so can’t really comment on that. I will be taking them on my next trip though.
I bought these along with a plain pair. Size 42/43
The plain pair fitted beautifully, but I had to return this patterned pair, as although the exact same size, 42/43 I struggled to get them on! Came up smaller!
Despite this still very good shoes. ( I have just bought another plain pair instead)
I have a few pairs of water shoes now and they are great.
Very comfortable and particularly good if, like me, you don’t like walking across pebbly or rocky areas in bare feet to get to the sea! They are great if you are at a water park or something similar – you can walk around in them on concrete and then get straight into the water or on rides …. and then continue walking afterwards without worrying about where to leave trainers / flip flops (which you often aren’t allowed to wear on the water rides).
Highly recommended.
So good I’ve ordered more. I usually wear vivovarefoot or vibran fivefinfers but they’re so expensive and my feet don’t like many of the recent vivos for some reason. These are as minimalist as shoes come – take out the insole and it’s basically a sock with a thin rubber sole. As for longevity – I’d say the quality is really quite good – I’ve been wearing my first pair for a few weeks and they’re only showing signs of damage because I took them coasteering which they stood up to remarkably well but do have a few nicks in them from that – that’s not a criticism, the fact that they didn’t get completely destroyed by a week in the sea and rock climbing is a recommendation! People will think you’re just wearing socks though!!!
