Very happy with this purchase. It is the first kite for my 2.5 year old son. We used it twice so far, both times on very windy days on a beach. It is strong enough and seems to be easier to use than other standard/traditionally shaped kites.
Brilliant. Never write reviews but have to after success with two of these kites! We could fly very easily with our two boys (aged two and six). This was a relief after previous disappointments with more tricky kites! Would highly recommend for young children.
Good as a first kite for my kids. Took a bit of work to get in the air with this design, but once it was up it stayed up there for a good amount of time and was relatively easy for them to control.
Withstood very windy conditions on the beach for hours. Very happy with this product. It looks flimsy but we had hours of fun with it both adults and children. Would buy again.
I love this kite. We bought it for our 3 year old for his birthday and he loves it. A great addition to our outdoor activities and easy enough for him to fly on his own. Would recommend.
Bought for my grandson – and we’ve had a lot of fun flying this kite together. It’s easy for small hands to use and is fun and colourful. It’s small and portable – ours stays in the boot of the car! A good first kite at a reasonable price.
It is super light and doesn’t take up to much space in our outdoor toy bag. It doesn’t look very sturdy but we had it a few months now and it is still there and in one piece.
With a little wind this kite is so easy to fly. Apart from the initial set up, you just take it out, let the line out and up it goes. No fiddly putting it together or running up and down trying to get it to fly. Just lift it up and it flies. It doesn’t stay up for overly long and with a little arm movement you can make it dance left and right. We were looking for a kite suitable for a three year old and this one definitely fits the bill. I might buy one for myself.
This kite has been an excellent buy. It is easy to fly if you have the wind. Needs very little effort.
After a couple of uses though the string has some knots in it which i cant undo , hence the 4 stars rather than 5. Replacement strings are expensive to buy.
Will fly even when there is barely a breeze, great for kids as it is small and easy to launch. No big bulky wooden bars to hurt if they crash it. The only issue is that the line has a habbit of twisting but this is the best easy to use kite out there.
Bought this for my 3 year old. It is very easy to fly, I haven’t failed once to get it up into the air first time yet. Once in the air my 3 year old is able to fly it on his own. When it arrived I thought it looked small, however it has turned out to be the perfect size for a small child.
Fantastic kite.. very easy for my 3 yr old to use.. so impressed I have purchased another 1 for my niece… fast delivery.. the only negative issue is that the instructions to tie string to kite is not very clear.. I just ended up tying together and it’s fine.. I would highly recommend and definitely purchase agai
Really good value for money. Gentle breeze at the beach was about right. Don’t expect it to hold up to gale force winds though – this is very much a first kite for the little ones.
My three year old grandson loved this. So easy to use and looked brilliant up in sky with tail flapping in wind. He was running around the field with it in the air, it was that easy. Cheap as well
Great kite, got three for my granddaughters 3yrs 3yrs and 4yrs, they can fly them on their own with the smallest gust of wind. Good quality and had lots of interest in them when we were flying them on the beach.
Seemed a little flimsy at first, but my eldest daughter really took to it and have taken it out on a few park/beach trips and it really does fly very well indeed. It reaches a good height once you catch the winds and stays up long. We really love the cool design and stands out well. We called it Jelly it though it is an octopus! The only thing that concerns me is the thin string which feels like it could snap at any moment.
its alittle big for preschool age to use. However she holds the string and I help her. The tentacles can be sticky.
For older children and adults it is easy to use I have flown it many times and it is still going strong
I really enjoyed using this product. My son’s had never played with a kite before so they got some enjoyment out of it. My eldest is 4 years old and although the kite is very good is would probably suit a child a bit older as when the kite can’t take off he loses interest in it very quickly.
I love it. I bought it for my child he is 3 years old. He could manage alone it was so easy to use because he could rise it without help.

The item arrived super quick. We were looking for a small kite for our 2 year old daughter. And this kite is exactly what we needed – it is easy to use and lots of fun playing with it. All you need is a bit of wind.
Brilliant fun on a windy day with the kids. Iv bought this as a way of getting the kids out for some fun exercise during the lockdown.
We took it out yesterday on what was quite a windy day. Got the kids to walk up a hill and it kept us all amused for a good hour.

The ‘tentacles’ are long and for some reason can get caught on clothes and wrapped around your legs easily!
It was absolutely brilliant – she could fly it entirely on her own and it soared up into the sky. It met their expectations of “I want to fly a kite” and fly a kite they did! Have already bought two more for my other children and would consider it as a really good birthday present for children too!
Great little kite, so easy to use. Bright, colourful and fun. Ready assembled, only had to tie the line on the first time. Comes in a resealable bag for easy storage. My two year old twins loved them and were able to fly them theirselves. Would definitely recommend
This was such a brilliant kite for my three-year-old – not over-complicated and it’s easy to pack up and hasn’t got tangled up at all! My little girl loves it and has given her “pet octopus” a name and everything.
