When we had a repair done on our Miele washing machine we were ashamed when the engineer told us we hadn’t cleaned our machine for a long while. He gave us a pot of this stuff and we’ve used it every few months since. How it cleans isn’t easy to tell, but it does leave the machine smelling nice. If you spend a lot on a washing machine it only makes sense to keep it clean and this stuff does the job.
First time of trying this and used immediately. My washing machine hygiene light was on as I wash at mainly lower temperatures. Hoping it has worked although I did not notice any difference to my washing and nor was there any dirty bits from it when in use. An expensive item to use for just one wash, but I want to keep my machine at its best so choose this
The water in the drum looked absolutely filthy despite 2 loads that I did before, one with citric acid and one with Detol.
The washer has been left with a nicer smell, seal looks much better too. Obviously though it’s not gonna remove every single black mark on your seal.

Really works ! Superb item. Stays clean for nearly 3-4 months. V effective. Maybe a bit pricey but as so effective needs to be used less often. Only thing that actually worked ! So can’t complain.
Miele washing machines are programmed in such a way as to indicate when, and how a thorough clean is recommended. When this happens what better product to use that this one? Not only does it thoroughly clean all parts of the machine it also ensures that if, at some later date, there is a problem with the machine only the recommended cleaning products have been used thereby that the manufacturers gaurantee has not been compromised in any way.
I have got a Miele dishwasher year back and not cleaned it using this type of material, based on the Amazon review, gone for this product given that it’s original and no surprise that it’s delivered on time and the dishwasher seems to be pretty clean after the cleaning got finished.
Not much fussed about the product instructions from the box as I got to know from the review that there is no English version, so gone with couple of YouTube video instructions and the dishwasher got cleaned pretty much to my satisfaction.
Decent product and can recommend to use for Miele dishwashers.
I think it was a little overpriced for a single use product but did all it promised. Front loading washers are notorious for developing a musty odour and in the US they recommend not closing the door completely when not in use. That is not possible when it is integrated into the kitchen cabinets so I will be relying on this product.
