I only used this product a few times. It worked fine for those few times but i got a static shock trying to zero it while baking and died. Turns out the batteries got fried and were leaking fluid??? Replaced batteries and it works as normal now…
The scale works wonderfully. It can be quite difficult to use the “tare” button while something is on the scale because for some reason, the button is included in the weighing area. This makes it quite irritating to use as it is otherwise a perfect, compact little kitchen scale.
A year since I bought this scale. In multiple daily use and I have only recharged it for the third time today which prompted the review. Easy to use with clear display and a milk setting plus a huge weight range.
Without reservation the best electronic scales I have ever bought, and I have had many that have fallen. Some due to battery usage. some from wear and tear, some from display failure.
These scales have been utterly reliable and accurate. Did I mention rechargeable?
This product is easy to use easy to clean and it has a really good battery life. Even though you can recharge it with USB, I’ve not had to even after 6 months of use. Great value for money.
Cons: They are a bit temperamental in that they rarely reset to exactly zero which when you are calorie and macro counting can be a bit annoying.
The top of the scale is quite small so in some cases, you have to sit your container on top of another to be able to see the weight readout
Pros: I haven’t put in any batteries so am just using them on USB recharge and they have lasted longer on one charge than my old scales did on the small 2032 batteries so I’m saving on needing to constantly buy batteries all the time.
Great scales. Weighing heavier items does normally mean larger so unable to see the reading. Perfect for the kitchen though and love the fact they are USB charging. Had these scales for some months now and In constant use and not charged once. Love them
The packaging was damaged and so was the original box the scales came in, but with that said the scales themselves were not.
Plugged them straight in, set up to the weights required and hey presto, everything fine and dandy.
Purchased specifically to weight out dog kibble for new puppy so needed accuracy and they seem spot on.
A quick wipe over afterwards so they’re easy to clean.
Not accurate at all! When I put an item on the scale, the number keeps decreasing by 1g until it reaches 0! Terrible for those seeking accuracy.
Edit: I have been using it for the past 6 months and it works perfectly now. Just recharge via cable when it runs out after a few months. No need for batteries.
Excellent weighing scale. Good size, nice and compact and so easy to use. The screen is very clear and switches easily between different weights. Lovely and compact. Sits nicely in the corner of my drawer. Glad I bought this one

Good set of high capacity scales. I like the fact that rechargeable or you can run direct via usb socket. Only frustration i have is that you cannot weigh directly onto a plate for example, because the scales are so small the plate overhangs and you cannot read.
Great and easy to use, very accurate. It does explain in the instructions that the AAA batteries are not rechargeable and they are to be used if the internal battery goes flat and you can’t charge it. The AAA are no connected to the charging port so will not get charged, however you don’t need to out the batteries in to make it work so if you are worried about non rechargeable batteries being charged you can leave them ou

Great little scales with easy to use measurement functions which are really useful when using cook books from different countries. These scales live out on the worktop as I am using them daily, I have had them for over two months now and have not had to recharge them yet, as you can see in the video the surface of the scale is now slightly scuffed from use. The only negative is the size, I used to use my old scales when making jam to weigh the whole pan and contents unfortunately these scales are too small to do this and I have to wonder what sort of vessel you would use to hold 10kg that would fit on the scales. I say this as when trying to weigh a large leg of lamb I had to place it in a large bowl to weigh it, but then the bowl obscured the reading which is not very clear unless viewed at an acute angle (see video).
Generaly a great set of scales and i love that they are rechargeable but had to deduct a star for the issues reading the readability when weighing large items.
I only had an old mechanical scale on which I could barely distinguish one ounce from the next, so this gram accurate scale is a most impressive upgrade for me. I’ve done various tests with low mass objects and the output seems to be accurate; the reading is stable and repeatable. The scale is quite small but for instance I am able to use it with a large glass mixing bowl as the base of that fits on the scale and with a 10kg maximum load there’s no problem with even a quite weighty container. Since my kitchen is small, this small unit does not waste any space.
The instructions are written in rather poor English- zeroing the display to a new weight is referred to as “Method Of Skin Removal”- but operation is simple. The On/Off switch should be pressed once for on, once again to zero the display, then press and hold to switch off. The other switch cycles through measurement units.
The unit is rechargeable via USB. It also comes with two AAA batteries, but you only would use the batteries if the unit is not charged, so maybe if you’re camping or something like that. Otherwise there’s no need to fit the batteries.

The scale arrived super fast and perfectly packaged. Best feature is the USB charging. The scale is very neat but tiny. I have to measure out food for my dogs, so I placed a glass plate on top so I can balance the bigger bowls and still see the display. It is very accurate, easy to use and to store. And did I mention the USB charging? Magic!
Find these scales adequate to weigh-out ingredience for cooking without being to large and heavy. Clean easy and can be stored neatly stood up at the side of the kitchen cupboard without taking up to much room. The figures are easy to read and it seems reasonably accurate.
I bought this product because I want to track my calorific intake as I have lost 52 lbs in the past year and some months and now wish to monitor my fat loss . It is a great device, doing what I wish and extremely accurate. I will be able to meet my body image goals using this scale. Having not read the instructions I don’t know how to turn it off but it seems to auto turn off itself.
These scales replaced a similar set that constantly ran the batteries down whatever I did short of removing them. I was a bit reluctant to go down this route again but liked the idea of the USB charging.
I have been using them for a couple of months now and I am still operating them from the initial charge – amazing!
They are really easy to use. They don’t come with a bowl, but I had kept the bowl from my original set although any container works – just zero the scales after putting the container on them.

The first scale received would only weigh in grams. It would not toggle between the measurements. Started the return process and decided to give it one more try. The new one works!
On looking at both, I can see that the dud has no branding above the screen whereas the one that works shows “mosuo” above the screen.

I really like this kitchen scale because they are taken weight function is helpful as you can zero it with an empty container on it, when I use this kitchen scale one time I just throw old scales away because I hate always need to calculate container weight, I use a lot of scale in my takeaway kitchen. Also they are save space it is nice and compact and light take up little space, Now I can put it everywhere. Is a good helper of the cook, this product is highly recommend
This is exactly what I looked for. A compact scales without unnecessary functions (like counting calories) and no extra buttons. Just 2 buttons on/off/Tare and to switch between metrics, which is very handy as I have a collection of recipes which are using different units. I was surprised by the size of it. It looked bigger in pictures. My kitchen is very small and it fits perfectly on my narrow window shelf. Also, you don’t have to look for spare batteries, just plug the USB and it will recharge.
I have this device for years, and it works flawlessly. It has a built-in battery, and at the same time, you have the option to add your own battery.
Good scales, accurate, do the job they are supposed to do. Charging the batteries takes a long time!

I find this useful but it is not as easy to use with the TARE on/off switch because the button is shared with other uses. It is also rather too small.

Bought it for my mum who has really old and not accurate kitchen scale.
This one is perfect, as it won’t take much space in my suitcase and I’ll be able to finally make perfectly weight baby food when I’m at her place.
