Bought these for my 9 year old grandson and they have been a real hit for the whole family. Clear audio for several hundred yards ( we haven’t tested it over longer distances yet) small enough to easily carry and ,so far, battery life is good maybe because they are always switched off after use. Altogether a good buy .

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersEasy to use, lot’s of fun, value for money and great for parents (having the 3rd one) to keep a check on where your kids are whether on a walk at a frinds house etc…much cheaper than having a mobile phone

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThey work well, for a kids toy the range is quite impressive – able to have clear conversations at almost 1KM away from each other.

Simple to use, a nice size and as mentioned very clear even at fairly long distances.

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersSome information concerning these radios is incorrectly presented / missing on the website.
The battery requirements are 4x AAA cells per radio so be sure to have a pack of 12 quality AAA alkaline batteries available. Also the operating frequency these use the European PMR 446 band (channels 1 to 8) so as expected it’s on the European license free band and should be interoperable with any other 446Mhz radio. Happy with purchase so far!

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI bought these for my grandsons Christmas I choose the 3 pack so him my son and my daughter in-law could have one each , they will also be good for sharing with his friends. They are good quality appear easy to use won’t know until Christmas. Only down side was as this is a gift the box came with no packaging which is great but the seller stuck the address label over the picture on the box so took me ages to remove it carefully…

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI wasn’t expecting much but those are absolutely brilliant! Very clear when talking, easy to use, kids love it! I’m that happy with them, I’m buying more for my kids friends for their birthday.

I bought these for my grandson and because there were three handsets he’s had great fun playing with his friends. My son also uses one of them to keep tabs on the little one when he’s out (as he is only 5) which is handy.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI bought these for a road trip with a couple of mates. Range at about just over half a mile we found but was brilliant at the campsite when the kid went to the park.

It has really good range, kids love it, although you need 12 aaa batteries in total which is a bit annoying. If you drop it the cover comes off easily, but otherwise great produc

Item delivered very quickly. Haven’t tried it yet as it is a Xmas present…. but the description is not accurate. It says on amazon that the range is 3 miles which is close to 5km…. but on the box it says 3km…. knowing that I probably would buy different product.

I bought these for my nieces and they love them! We played with them outside and they have a really long range (I can’t tell you how long in any length measurements because I don’t even know them lmao!) but they’re fab. The radio is so clear no matter how far away you are. They were picking up a signal from somewhere else though which was weird, we could hear people talking over the radio but couldn’t figure out where it was coming from! That aside, great toy for active kids!

Searched for a long time for a pack of three for the kids. Wanted to get some with rechargeable batteries in but all the reviews for them were poor so went for these.
Bought with some cheap batteries from amazon and combined price was still pretty low.
Have not used them over a great distance yet and dont expect them to be massive but they work great in the house.
Sound quality is good and clear and they are loud, even on the lowest volume.
Torch an added extra but bit pointless.
If/when we take them out will update if we have any issues.

Family Christmas present so brilliant we could buy 3 together. Use them on trips round village/to woods to give kids some independence/freedom but we can talk if need to. Range not massive especially in village but we need to remember to take them out every time and experiment. I like it’s easy to switch on and use without a manual. Kids like more complex features, the torch etc. So far battery life good to which is a bonus. I don’t think we’ve dropped one but am not to bothered if we do as they seem fairly durable. Good buy

Brought these on an Amazon’s deal as my kids had been crazin me to buy them some. We’ve had many walkie talkies in the past but these are the best so far. They are small which make them easier to take around and the batteries give them a weight. Can’t say how long the batteries will last especially as the kids love the torch option so I suspect I’ll be paying a lot on batteries in the future so may look into rechargeable ones.the sound is clear even to someone that has hearing problems and the fact there are three is a bonus as it means one for each member of the family. It’s a compromise to getting my oldest a phone as he can communicate to his family through these and I can talk to him when he plays outside the front of the house!

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersPurchased for my son’s birthday. He loves them! Super easy to set up. You need to add four AAA batteries to each, turn on and and away you go. They also came with a belt clip and wrist strap (and instructions on how to use all the settings). There were 3 in my pack, blue, green and pink as advertised. They are nice and small for kid’s hands. They are default set to number 1 frequency so all worked together without the need to fiddle with any settings. All we have to do is turn them on and press the side button to talk. We’ve only used them indoors so far, but the sound quality seems excellent and I couldn’t hear any background noise. We’re very pleased with these.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great bit of ki

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersFirstly I like that these are kiddy friendly but actually work. We had some other toy ones that didn’t work in the same room as each other.

We took them camping this year so that my little one could take one on her scooter so we could keep in touch. It was the first year we let her go around the campsite without supervision so these came in really handy. She had one, we had one and so it was fun, if she made friends with anyone else, they could have one too and keep in touch.

The distance for transmission was surprisingly good. It kept clear for a good 300m with trees as the only real interface. This gave us peace of mind when it came to where she was.

My only real issue was the build quality. After a drop of only a few feet, one of them started to play up with the press to talk button. This was the one we had so it was ok for us to use but would have been trick for younger fingers to press to make work.

The product packaging was good and well presented. 3 wrist ropes came with the walkie talkies too. Batteries were not included. They take AAA batteries. I purchased rechargeable one but you can’t charge them through the walkie talkie itself.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI thought they would be bigger but as they are for my grandchildren I am pleased with their size .. not too big and will allow them to get a good grip .
They are sturdy looking but haven’t been used yet so I cannot review that part , We have set them up and inserted the batteries – and quickly looked for the volume button to turn them down .
One point is that the description on Amazon says that they have a 3 m range but on the box it is 3 km … which for us is plenty anyway .
As they are a gift for a birthday this week I think that they will delight the children and nannies next Amazon order may well be ear plugs !

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI bought these for my sons birthday, to begin with they were brilliant and we had lots of fun using them. Within a month 2 of them had stopped working which was rather disappointing. I contacted the company through email, explaining the situation and straight away was offered replacements. Ive given 4 stars because they did break, but thats life and things do break. I recommend these walkie talkies as they are really good and hours of fun can be had with them. Plus if like me you do have any issues the company have extremely good customer service so even with the issues i had i would still recommend these walkie talkies to people.

Golden Review Award: 21 From Our UsersGreat size and weight for my 8 year grandson and his friends. Choose the upgraded 3 pack as he does have girls among his friends and they loved the pink one. The camouflage design was a big hit too. Was shown/explained all the instructions which he understood quickly and was out the door to his friends!! Only downside is the need for 4AAA batteries per walkie talkie but rechargeable ones will sort that. Distance didn’t effect reception even when down on the beach on a windy day and in the woods. Mum has the pink one at times so can call him in!! Well worth the money so far.
