Bought this for the playroom for my toddler. Makes the floor alot more comfortable when I get down to play with her. It’s very durable and any spills or messes are easy to wipe up. It is really thick so I also use it on the outdoor patio as a base for the paddling pool or as somewhere to sit when playing. My dog has jumped on this numerous times and has not managed to rip or damage it in anyway which is a testament to its quality. Would absolutely recommend for any parent.

Got this to take with us camping rather than anything else – perfect for the kids to have in their section of the tent – provides a nice padded surface for them to sit/play on which is also easy to clean, fold and pack away when travelling.
Did find the patterns on both sides a bit odd – the “kiddy” side is a weird mix of animals and buildings some of which are named and some arent and the “adult” side is like the alphabet and numbers which is kind of childish for adults.
In terms of thickness it isnt massively thick but enough to stop any sharp stones poking you and provides enough padding to make hard surfaces more comfortable
Shame is getting dirty to quick and hard to clean it .. marks stay on it ..
Absolutely love this mat. This play mat is great quality and has neat designs. The colors and pictures of this play mat are very clear and appealing to little one. It’s two-sides, the material is soft and thick without any weird smell. It is easy to clean and comfortable to wipe down. Very easy to fold up and keep out of the way when not using it. I like that’s it’s all one piece and not puzzled together like the other mats.
This is a great child’s play at and almost fills my entire entrance way. It is about 2cm thick waterproof and nice and soft for little knees (and big knees!)
The design is great and very good to learn. It has animal pictures over plus a recurrent alphabet so lots of things to be learnt while playing on the mat.
This is a really nice play mat. It is made of some kind of pva, and has a nice thickness, which is safer for babies and toddlers. It is really good quality, so worth the price. The one side is decorated in cute cartoon like figures, which helps keep little ones entertained, and the other side is more of a stylised design, so it could be used for yoga, exercise or just relaxation. The mat comes well packed, and is foldable, also,it’s easy to wipe clean. I like this a lot.
This is great for our youngest who is 10 months and wanting to climb up everything and everyone. We have a tiled kitchen/living area and this has been great at keeping her off the solid floor. Im not sure how long it will last without ripping as it is in a high traffic area by the fridge but a couple of months and we should be past the worst of the tumbles and crashes… After that I think it will be ideal for putting out in the garden if the grass is a bit damp as its wipe clean. Comes in a carry bag, is sufficiently spongy to avoid a nasty whack from toddler hight and double sided with a slightly more grown up pattern on the other side. Seems a touch pricey for what it is but then foam is not cheap having used it in a couple of personal projects over the last couple of years.
This is a great mat for both baby and me it’s got a baby-style theme on one side and just a regular pattern on the other and it’s a very large size, perfect for my yoga and workouts, it’s easy to clean and also fold away pretty small, absolutely no complaints from me, very well made and comfortable mat.

I got the OESSUF Foldable Playmate Baby Play Mat for my niece and nephew, as they love crawling around but I prefer them to be on a sanitary surface. This play mat is waterproof and so easy to clean, with a design which allows it to be easy to fold and store away, or carry with you. Because of these features, you can use it for different occasions, such as in-home play dates or even outdoor picnics!
There are pictures of different animals and things which occupy the youngsters and develop their cognitive skills. The mat also has raised symbols which help with learning letters and words, for helping with early education in a fun and interactive way.
As the entire mat is foldable, with no middle openings to allow for leaks, you can also use washable paint or markers with your child to trace letters and such, for a different kind of fun activity.
I highly recommend for anyone with babies or toddlers especially, as the mat is easy to keep

This is a reasonable child’s play mat. It features good padding that’s ideal if you have a hard wood, concrete or tiled floor. It can be used either side up.
Not sure why ‘Hedgehogs’ is plural when all other animals are singular words and there’s only 1 hedgehog, but I don’t think toddlers will notice!
The mat folds up easily back into its bag, but the bag is poor quality as it’s made of paper-like fabric that already was ripped close to a corner when I took it out of the box (see my photo). The bag will not last long at all, which is a shame.
The mat can be sued outdoors as the XPE foam is waterproof.
This foldable baby play mat didn’t give me the best first impressions but it soon grew on me after the first couple of messes and clean up as it’s remarkably easy to clean up and folds up to store away very easily too – which also makes it very portable.
It’s not the greatest looking design too be honest, it looks kind of dull and the animal prints aren’t highly detailed but the actual build of the play mat itself is pretty good – I imagine it’ll take a bit to rip and tear.
Overall I’m not completely sold on the design but from the practical stand point it’s very easy to clean and super portable.
I really like this mat for playtime for the reasons:
– It’s very easy to unfold, and it comes with a storage bag
-It cleans quickly, doesn’t leave any stains
-The pattern is very educative, with animals so we can learn the names
-The foam is very comfortable for the kids.
We have hard wooden floors so have been looking for a play mat that also feels comfortable for the little one to use when they are playing and we found a great one! Its a nice large size that allows him to play with plenty of toys on it and move around easily. You don’t feel as though you are on hard floor underneath. It has colourful designs on both sides which means you can easily flip it over if needed, Ive found it super easy to clean and wipe down plus the best thing is when you need the space back its really simple to fold out of the way.
A large double sided mat (196 cm x 177 cm) which has animals on one side for the kids and the other side is patterned more for adults. It is padded but not overly so, and also spill proof with anything wiping off easily. The mat can be folded up smaller and stored in the bag that is provided. It would be small enough to put in the boot of the car for use on picnic’s etc but not small enough to put in the pushchair basket.
Overall a reasonable mat for a reasonable price.

The youngest in our household- who is just starting to crawl -took to it instantly as I think the mat cushioned her hands and knees beautifully. She has had dry patches of skin on her knees from crawling on carpets and hard floors but they disappeared in days once we had this. The soft padding also made me far less anxious when she rolls and tries to pull herself up as I am sure it would definitely lesson any impact if she stumbled and I wasn’t quick enough to catch her. Little one also appears to be playing far more contently and I am sure it is because she can pick out her toys far more easily against the beautiful muted backgrounds of this new mat than she could against the vivid images on our old one.
Our older children also seem to gravitate towards the mat as it is so comfortable underfoot and to sit on and it is used literally all day for a multitude of floor activities and even a few gymnastic moves. It really is big enough for 2 or 3 children to use at the same time.
In terms of wear and tear I am confident that this mat is going to more than sufficiently durable and long lasting as spilled drinks and snacks, baby dribble and pencil marks have wiped off with ease ( the old one was constantly in the washing machine!) leaving it spotless and hygienically clean. Additionally, even when the children have been a little heavy handed with bricks or pencils the mat has not even shown as much as an indent.
Overall I can’t recommend this mat enough- the quality, comfort, style and usefulness are leagues above any playmat I have used before and it has already proven itself to be a brilliant investment for us. I know we will be using it daily for many years to come.

This is a descent mat. It’s thick enough to insulate from cold from the floor. It folds easily and comes with a storage bag. The design is a bit bland but also neutral so will fit most of the interiors.
Material is wipeable and easy to clean.

Amazing play mat for infants and toddlers. It came well packaged it contained a very nice carrying bag as well. Quality wise, it’s acceptable. I’d prefer it to be a little be thicker bus it does its job.
When your little one is just learning to sit up and move around, a padded playmat is ideal to protect them from the inevitable small bumps and knocks as they wobble about. This playmat serves that purpose.
It will also protect your carpet or flooring during playtime from spills and other messes. It can also be folded up into the supplied travel bag – whilst it is portable, it’s too big to pop in the pram for a playmate but I might throw it in the car for a trip to grandparents or for a weekend away.
Personally, I think this playmat feels a bit cheap and like foam packaging material. I already have a double sided playmat from a specialist UK brand and it is much nicer quality (but also much more expensive). It is not nice enough to permanently keep out on my living room floor, for example, but would do for the nursery, or more likely for us, in the garden in the summer.
I prefer the patterned side – the print side is a bit of a random collection (what connects a hippo, hedgehog and santa sign?). The texture is a nice touch, but there was no point making it little letters and numbers on one side as there isn’t enough contrast to see them and a child old enough to make them out will already be familiar with their alphabet.
Bought for my 3.5-year-old daughter and 4-month-old son. Its size is as big as the carpet in my living room, and it’s so big that it allows children to have a more enjoyable time. It has a structure that can be easily deleted. It is also ideal for use on winter days, it cuts the cold coming from the ground.
The patterns and colors on it are also very beautiful. It has a nice cloth bag to store it when not in use.
This playmat is much larger than I though it was. The playmat would be perfect for a playroom.
The playmat is easy to set up and folds away in to a fairly small carry bag if needed.
