I’m a bit challenged dexterity-wise as a combination of carpal tunnel and arthritis in both hands has meant having to use products that have been thought out more design-wise. This little brush has meant my laptop is cleaner than it might otherwise be. Recommended.
Perfect for a daily clean of the keyboard and desk gadgets. Brush is super soft and retractable so doesnt get damaged. This product is a must have for all desks
I bought the brush to help clean my keyboard. It is a nice length, soft and does a good job. I was surprised to find I liked the stiff orange microfibre ‘rubber’ and I’ve used it gently to clean various screens.
This is a really useful tool to have on your desk. It’s quick and easy to clean keyboards/screens with the brush or the pad.
Tired of you co-worker leaving doughnut crumbs at the communal desk, or worse; in the communal keyboard?! This solves your problems. It’s just a soft little brush that works really well for cleaning dust and bits out of your keyboard and other small electronics. It’s probably not worth the full price but I got this on sale and I think it’s actually really useful.
Needed something small and portable to help clean my laptop from dust and debris. The form factor is amazing. It’s small yet effective. The bristles are very soft and work well with sweeping away dust. The sweeping bit is good but If you really need to clean your screen you might be better off using something else as generally using a liquid will help clean the screen more quickly.

I use this to clean my records as they often get a bit dusty. It’s easy because you can do it with one hand as they’re spinning and you know it isn’t going to scratch them.
I bought this as a stocking filler for my dad, who is notoriously hard to buy for. He loved it! It is ergonomic, stylish and easy to use. Highly recommend
The brush’s hair is sooo soft, and the closing system to put it back inside in order to keep its shape is awesome. It does a great job at cleaning the dust on my laptop’s keyboard, gathering it into little fluff balls you can then remove from the hairs.
Sadly the microfibre side isn’t anywhere near as useful and I find myself just using it for the brush and reaching out for an actual microfibre cloth for the screen. Shame.

The brush is good quality – it’s soft and thick, and ideal for laptop keys or low-profile keyboards. I use a mechanical keyboard with deeper keys though, and while it still does a decent job, it doesn’t quite reach into the gaps between the number keys and F keys, for example. I know that this is marketed as a laptop cleaner, so I can’t really complain or mark it down for this, but adding an extra 50-100mm to the length of the brush would make it so much more useful.
The microfibre cloth is a bit rubbish. Plenty of other reviews point out that it’s not removable so difficult to clean, but the bigger issue for me is how hard it is. I was expecting a soft, towel-style microfibre, but this is more like a thin dust cloth stretched over… I can’t even think what – something hard, but with a tiny bit of give.
For now, I’ll keep it for the brush, but for my own use, I can’t help thinking I’d have been better of saving myself some money by stealing one of the other half’s makeup brushes.
Ok for use on recent marks / finger prints however struggled to clean my MacBook screen to the point where I had to use a dedicated screen cloth and cleaning fluid. Be careful not to mark your device as the cloth quickly becomes dirty. The brush is a nice touch and did the job fine.
It’s amazing how quickly and thoroughly this cleans a keyboard or a screen.

If your looking for a compact piece this is the one. Worth for the money. Giving 4star because after multiple uses may be after 10 using seeing the strands from brush is coming out but it’s less in number so may be manageable.
This sort of does what it says on the tin, all I would say is that it’s worth investing in some sort of liquid cleaner as well as sometimes a brush just isn’t enough for the little marks on your Mac’s screen, but to get rid of dust this is perfect.

The item came nicely packaged in a windowed envelope. It wasn’t too difficult to open and I was able to free the cleaner from the packaging with a couple of bends of the cardboard and a tear.
Though not related to the product, this item was shipped in a small box, I feel the packaging could have been reduced, and it would have fit in an envelope, and therefore through the letterbox. However, this required a physical handover because it was delivered in a box. This is an amazon issue though, and not anything to do with the product itself.
Things I like about the device:
1. The soft grey bristles which can be accessed by sliding the button in an upwards position is a dream. It glides over the keyboard with ease, getting into every nook and cranny and destroying any biscuit crumbs in the process. This has worked wonders on a full-size PC keyboard, a Macbook Air (Butterfly) keyboard and an iPad Pro magic keyboard. In all instances, it removed all crumbs and dust and other bits of fluff 100% of the time.
2. The brush can also work on your phone ports, such as cleaning the charging port or headphone port (if you’re lucky enough to still have one of those). Though it doesn’t provide a deep clean, the bristles do penetrate enough to remove any debris that may be lurking in any of your ports.
3. The screen cleaner can be accessed by removing the plastic cap. This is great for cleaning fingerprints off your screen. As this is a microfibre pad, there’s no risk of scratching your device(s). I’ve used it for cleaning PC monitors, laptop monitors and the front and back of my phone, including the camera lens. You may have to add a little pressure if it’s particularly dirty, but it produces great results every time. When you’re done with the microfibre cleaning pad, you simply attach the plastic cover back in place, it locks in place, which means it won’t randomly fly off and be lost on the move.
4. The device is small enough to fit in your pocket, or in a bag and won’t take up any space at all. If you carry your phone or laptop with you on a daily basis and are looking for a cleaning solution, then this is the thing you need in your life.
5. My girlfriend can attest to the fact that the grey brush tickles, especially around the nose or ear region. Though I would urge caution if you plan to use this device cleaner as a weapon of tickle destruction (WTD).
The things that are not so great:
1. This may be personal preference, but in order to release the brush, you have to push in and slide down to return to the original position. This is just a slight annoyance for me because it doesn’t just slide up and down, and as a convenient product, I think this isn’t that convenient.
2. Both the cleaning brush and cleaning pad can attract dust, this is easily rectified by just brushing it away with your hand. As there is no top cover for the cleaning brush though, if it’s left around, it may naturally attract dust over time.
3. The price point for this item is on the expensive side for what it actually is. Though you have the confidence of buying quality from a trusted brand, it almost feels as if you’re paying more for the brand than for the product itself. I think if this was priced at around 5-6, it would then be worth 5 stars from me.
Overall:
Overall though, this is a genuine must-have accessory for anyone that has a laptop or phone or screen that gets dirty. If you’re like me the slightest fingerprint or daintiest crumb really bugs me, so having this on hand is perfect! Also as an added bonus, you have new tickling capabilities at your fingertips… muhahahaha!
The OXO Good Grips Sweep & Swipe Laptop Cleaner keeps my new MacBook Air clean and shiny. I keep it in the accessories bag that came with my HYZUO 13 Inch Laptop Sleeve Case when not in use. The brushes are soft and get into all the keyboard nooks and crannies. The screen cleaner pad is sturdy and gentle. I love that it has a plastic end cap for the screen cleaner end to protect it when not in use. The slider button to extend and detract the brush bristles is comfortable to use, and I appreciate the little rubberized button on it. All in all, another excellent product from OXO. Recommended!
