Bought this for our 8 month old. He enjoyed floating around the pool in it – the canope over the top didn’t fully cover him, and was actually a bit of a nuisance at times, but overall I was pleased with the product. We also used it out of the pool – would sit him in this on a sunbed with some toys, to stop him falling to the side.
Bought this for our 7month old. It was fab in the sun as you could pull the sun shade to where ever needed, the steering wheel with the beeper making noise was a nice edition however with her being so young and small she kept toppling forward so she couldn’t see so we had to put something infront of her to keep her uprigh
This float was perfect for our 17 month old whilst on holiday. He absolutely loved it, great comments too off people. The canopy can come off and I think he prepared it off so he could be nosey. Definitely recommend.
Very easy to inflate and being able to adjust and remove cover is a good bonus. The cover covers the majority of a toddlers little body with maybe the exception of their hands/arms while holding the steering wheel so plenty of sunscreen needed. So for me a great purchase.
Bought for my nephew for our holidays. Simple enough to inflate as you’d expect. My nephew is 18 months old and I expect he will fit into for for a while yet. Great quality
Firstly this arrived without a puncture in it! (4 stars just for that!)
Very east to blow up. The inflatable is bigger than expected. My baby is 11 months old and 90+ percentile in size and I’d say he is still a tiny bit too small for it, though he is still perfectly safe within it. Quite tricky to get inflatables for under 1’s. If your baby is on the smaller size I’d suggest trying something else a little smaller.
Steering wheel and squeaker keep him occupied for a short while.
The canopy is very good at blocking the sun from most angles. I found that both need to be flown up well to prevent the canopy sliding about too much. A taller baby’s head would touch the canopy.
Got it for my 1 year old son it looks really nice very stable and really like the fact the seat is harder rubber so it doesn’t rub on his legs would definitely recommend had others that have cost more and been no good because the material on the seat was jus thin rubber and left chafing marks on his legs can’t fault i
I’m using it when I give my 8 months old boy a bath and he absolutely loves it! He never liked bath time but now he feels safe in water and keep jumping in it and splashing around. The only thing I found, I noticed after a while he’s been rubbing in between his legs so wondered if it was hurting him! I just took him out and put him in a sitting position instead and he seemed more comfortable in it and still enjoying it. Overall recommend it!
This product was amazing on our holiday to Mauritius with our 9 month old. It even got her used to the sea. Its easy to inflate. Easy to pack up again. Good quality. Just would have liked the sunshade to be adjustable. When it was down it didn’t cover herm so needed to hold it in different positions depending on where the sun was. Apart from that. We loved it. Hands free fun in the pool.
Quite tough to inflate but my little boy loves it, when we’re in the swimming pool. Very stable so don’t have to worry about it toppling or him falling out.
This was brilliant for our holidays and could be used in swimming baths at home as the roof section is detachable. My little boy got lots of compliments on holiday about this… Particularly due to keeping the sun off him with the roof.
Have used this on 3 holidays now and will most prob use this on the 4th.
Amazing quality and would recommend anyone to buy.
As for blowing it up well it’s not a balloon so expect to be out of breath
I bought this for our toddler for our holiday. He absolutely loved it. Didn’t see anything like this in the beach shops so glad we purchased before we left. Had so many parents asking us where we bought it. Very durable was dragged along poolside took down and put up many time hooked on the side of the pram. So comfortable for his little legs it’s reinforced with a softer rubber material. I would 100% buy again.
Just back from my holidays and YES very happy with it. We could all enjoy the swimming pool and the sea safely. Easy to pump by yourself (mouth;) and solid. Thank you
15mth old loved being in this both in the pool and out. Good quality, was OK to blowup but wouldn’t recommend blowing it up in one go. You might get light headed. Once ready lasted 2/3 days before topping up with air. The attachment keeps the sun off too once angled properly
Definitely a unique item that our little one loved it. The ability to provide protection from the sun was the reason we choose it in the first place. It looked so comfortable that our little one slept while he was in the sea. We also had so many people asking us from where we bought it. I would definitely recommend it. It did not took me more the. 5 minutes to inflate i
What great fun in the heat we had with this floaty! Both my 1 and 3 year old enjoyed wizzing around the pool in it! The shade bit doesn’t stay up well as you can see but does the job okay. It is so easy to inflate and off you go! Good quality as well!
Generally a good item however the inflatable “clips” that the hood attach to were pulled off easily by a child and left the hood useless and needing a patch for the hole. Similar designs available with plastic clips for a hood which we layer bought.
I’m off on holiday in a few weeks and need something for my 1 year old to go swimming in.
I chose this because I’m a petrol head and anything with a steering wheel can only be a good thing……….
I mean I thought my 1 year old would love it.
The great thing about this item is that the canopy is detachable so you don’t need to use it if your inside but it’s handy to have if your outside.
It didn’t take too long to blow up and I popped my little ones inside. She took to it straight away and was hitting the button on the steering wheel to make it squeak.
The handles are a nice touch to the item too and will help to give my little one a sense of security once she’s in the water. They’ll also be handy for me to hold onto to stop her floating away.
Also in the bag is a puncture repair patch and a set of alphabet sickers. I’m not quite sure why the stickers are in there but I’m pretty sure they weren’t designed primarily for the UK.
I’m chuffed with this and can’t wait to go on holiday now
Our son absolutely loved this car float which was good quality and lasted well for our whole 2 week holiday! The cover didn’t quite work as envisioned, it flopped back meaning it didn’t offer protection from the sun, so he usually wore a hat. That aside it was used twice a day for a fortnight and we have brought it home to use again! He was 17 months on holiday and I think you could use it as soon as your baby is sitting up confidentially until around 2.5/3.
