My little girl really loves the new Polly pockets and this aquarium set is definitely her favourite. She loves that she can carry them around with her and she loves the underwater theme. I would of loved this as kid myself and would thoroughly recommend it.
This is a very detailed, eye-catching toy by Polly Pocket. You get 2 small dolls, 5 reveals & 12 accessories all of which can be stored inside the ‘case’ of the play set.
The case itself is absolutely adorable. It is a cute otter with a fluffy belly and it just looks so, so cute. Definitely a winner at home.
Inside, there are lots of different bits to play with. They’re all quite small but actually very detailed, especially the dolls.
This is the perfect ‘play set’ toy. Children love to play make-pretend and with this set, they can create their very own aquarium story with plenty of little bits to play and entertain themselves with.
Very reasonable price for how much comes in this set and how well presented this is. Just the cute, fluffy-belly otter is enough to justify the cost!!

It is aqurium themed. The case is a otter and it has a soft furry tummy. This set comes with 2 polly pocket figures.Everything is all Brightly coloured and has been molded well. Shutting the playset up is bit of a puzzle but it all does fit inside .The clasp seems to be good and doesn’t pop back open when shut or being carried. Perfect compact size to take anywhere. If has alot of movable pieces inside; a seahorse see saw, rideable dolphin, slide to go down. Theres places where the figures can be placed to stand, they have little holes in their feet. Really cute design, from the shape of the case to everything inside. We’ll made and good quality, with alot to do and play with. Great toy to encourage the imagination and just have fun playing with the pop and swap pieces.

I was really impressed with it, there is so much detail and little bits to it, very well made and solidly built! Nice and compact so easy to travel around with, just be aware of the tiny little fish as they are easy to loose.
The only down point of this toy is no instructions, it was hard to know where to fit the little accessories. We had to look closely at the picture but it was still hard to know where to put things. I guess you can put the bits anywhere but the slide you can’t .
My daughters had Polly Pockets when they were kids and loved playing with them, so when I got the opportunity to review these I just had to get them for my wife’s Granddaughter. These are the same good quality as those that I remember from all those years ago – hopefully this will be a start of a collection.
The set is brightly coloured and because it all packs away inside the outer case, it’ll be handy to take when travelling or when on holiday. This set will keep little ones occupied for hours and will probably become a favourite toy. At the time of this review this set would cost you 15, I’m very happy with these and can recommend it.
This is a delightful little portable play set , really good quality that we have come to expect from polly Pocket over the years and why it has stood the test of time.
The case folds out to reveal a really colourful and detailed set that included two characters, polly Pocket and her friend.
You also get an array of detailed Aquarium animals, dolphin, penguin, seal, turtle , Otter, jelly fish as well as other interactive toys and figures.
These haven’t changed muched over the years they are durable and fun to play with , this set is great as its so portable and can be taken with you if visiting friends and family or take it on holiday with you.
For 15 at the time of writing, I would say that’s a fair price for a polly Pocket play set like this.
The set is well designed, colourful , it feels durable and should last a long time.
A lovely little set with a nice animal theme
This when folded up is a cute Otter with a fluffy tummy. Once you open it up (sounds a bit gruesome doesn’t it?) you have a fun Polly Pocket set that’s themed on an aquarium.
A wet-suited, towel wearing Polly is included (the towel can be removed), along with her friend and there is a wide range of animal characters to play with.
There are a few interactive elements to the set but my daughter was a bit disappointed there wasn’t a few more fold out or open up elements. We also couldn’t really find a definitive place where the sea horse seesaw was meant to be positioned. The pictures on the packaging are far too small to help either.
Overall then I asked her what we should give this set and she said that although she liked it, it was only a 4 star Polly Pocket.
This cute little otter could easily be confused with a teddy bear if you didnt notice the concealed tail or the whiskers.
The soft furry belly fleece gives this clutch bag a more fashionable look whilst still allowing for imaginative play with the new semi-cuddly companion.
The clutch game-like design means our little one can carry this around On-the-Go, accompanying her at restaurants and whilst we’re on the road.
Our little one has always been quite interested in Polly Pocket, she says they’re similar to Kinder Surprise…but better! Same miniature play pieces, but these are well designed, with more detail and more versatility. The pegs on the accessories can be used to plug into a variety of areas within this marine-themed set.
Similar to other sets, this too is modeled on a space designed for highly engaging play, it’s themed around a water play park with two characters and plenty of miniature accessories.
Loves and clutched tightly by our six year old….even whilst she’s asleep.

This Polly Pocket aquarium set comes in an otter-shaped plastic compact with a soft, plush insert in its tummy and a wrist strap to help make the set nicely portable.
Inside there are masses of details — not least all of the little sea/water creatures that come with the set. Included are an otter, a penguin, a narwhal, a dolphin, a seal, a starfish, a turtle, a crab, a seahorse, and a fish. There is a seesaw with seahorse shaped seats for Polly and Nicolas to play on, and the set includes a moving dolphin ride.
These little sets are always delightful, and it’s nice that the creatures as well as Polly and Nicolas have Pop and Swap holes in them, allowing them to be attached to little pegs around the aquarium — to create scenes but also to help stop the little pieces from getting lost when the case is opened.
For me, the one negative to this set is the large amount of plastic packaging involved.
My 5 years old Granddaughter loves Polly Pocket toys, of which she already has some. They are a very popular children’s toy range, really nice quality, with lots going on in such a small package! The product is very well-made, came well-packaged, and was easy to open — no sharp blister pack edges. The whole set can pack away inside the case, which has a decent closing mechanism.
This is a lovely toy, nice and colourful, and being Polly Pocket (made by Mattel), you know it’s going to be good quality, and it definitely is. Much thought appears to have gone into the manufacture, resulting in a great product, nicely finished.
This is great for little ones, and as noted, there’s lots going on, and plenty of nice vibrant colours as well. Because it all encloses inside the case, which closes securely, it’s great for on a train, taking to a friend’s house, or on holiday etc.
Overall, this is a delightful, well-made toy, with plenty of things of interest inside to keep a little one happy and amused. Be careful not to lose the pieces though, much of which are very small, and of course for the very young, be minded of the potential choke hazard. Reasonable value, recommended.

It an aquarium themed design, rather niche but I like that as it makes it more specific which kids seem to enjoy more.
The case is adorable, a turquoise otter with a soft pink belly.
Sturdy and well made case and pieces.
Some excellent features inside the case such as being able to ride your polly’s on the dolphin and the seahorse see saw ride.

I got this for my daughter’s birthday as she loves Polly Pocket. She has lost of sets and will be so happy to add this to her collection. She will have hours of imaginative play with this set.

This gorgeous little set arrives in a a card backed plastic box measuring approx 29cm x 19cm x 6.5cm.
The set is displayed open & if you look at the back, there is a window so you can see the otters fluffy tummy (you can’t touch it until you open it)
This folds up to be a sleeping otter & as otters are one of my all time favourite animals, this has been an instant hit in my house.

It’s laid out like a small aquarium, so you have the snowy area & a penguin, a seahorse seasaw, a spinning jellyfish tank, dolphins & a narwhal, a seal who can sit on a spinny stand & a few other little sea related creatures to fill up your aquarium.
It’s got a lovely flip out slide when opened & although small, this set just feels full of fun.
Definitely my favourite of this round of Polly releases by far & sure to delight any lucky girl who gets hold of one – it even has a wrist strap so you can take the aquarium with you on your days out.
