Great product fits into my xbox controller. My mobile phone fits perfectly and holds in place. Strong quality cant fault it. Can rotate it.
A must buy if you’re interested in playing emulated games through an android device either for PlayStation, Xbox an so forth. Quality Only downside if any, the joysticks could be at the same level for easier use. Otherwise it’s a great buy.
Works well but very complicated to set up, and connect to Xbox.
It is a great controller for those on the go just wanting something to play a quick game on the train etc. Decent size and feel (shame about the lack of rumble) and very handy having the battery pack built in.
Wasn’t sure which clip to get as I read reviews that said it didn’t fit the series S/X controller. Bought the v2.0 hybrid clip and it fits perfectly. IPhone fits well and can power it as I game if necessary. Lots of adjustment to get the right angle to view and holds its position when tightened. Absolute bargain for 9.99
The only quibble I have is with the price but as these days you pay for the “officially licensed” in the box, it should be expected.
I bought it at the 9.99 offer and I wouldn’t pay anymore for it than that.
Good controller to play XCloud
Nice to plug into PC, however I am having issues with bluetooth use and PC
Had a moga a xbox thing, sold it, had kishi, sent it back. Bought this for my Xbox controller that has to the powera charge through battery packs and covers and it works and fits great. Single screw on each adjustable bit and it’s solid with my long Xperia phone still in its case. Can’t access the charge through but no biggy to clip it off. Dunno it might even charge through the USB c port? Anyways great clip.
Although they product feels quite sturdy and fits well to a basic controller, if you have a battery fitted that has any other shape than the battery cover that comes with the co troller, this product won’t fit.
Great clip, always struggled with after market ones to fit my phone with my phone case on. Not this one, no issues and highly recommend. Fits my note 9 and heavy drop and shockproof case which has 2 layers. Also great adjustable brackets for all your position needs. Highly recommend this product for your gadget bag
When I first started using it it worked fine then after that I ran into an issue that for all the while i was unaware of why it was registering as a keyboard, not keypad… If you have an auto clicker app with permission to be used is the most likely culprit as when I removed the apps permission it worked from then on as a keypad… Also wish I knew about an app for PS2 games on Android
Nice little holder for the Xbox series X controller, which I can confirm fits with no issue. I bought the 2.0 edition and don’t use a battery pack. For the price it’s a great solution and it’s brilliant for when we want to watch TV but my son wants to go on the Xbox. The only minor point is if you have a phone with any side buttons at half way point of just over, then the cradle grips will push into these so you may have to have you phone a little offset, which if you like things symmetrical like myself, then it may slight irk you. I was only using a Pixl 5 and it was absolutely fine.
I had read the reviews and wasn’t sure, but still bought it anyway. Quite a decent product for the price, fits perfectly for the x/s series controllers, does also fit the One controllers with a tiny bit of wriggle room. I think the actual phone clip could be a bit more sturdier. If you use it with care should be fine.
Was a brilliant peice of kit for me however I had to return due to the incompatibility with the dolphin emulator lacking ‘anolouge triggers’ or at least not responsive on the emulator. Still rating 5 stars because it was litterally plug and play or Bluetooth connect and play on my s9 plus, and does everything you could want from a controller was actually chuffed with it .
I grabbed this so I can stream my steam games to my iOS devices when out and about, and not does this device make that process much more pleasant.
Playing PC exclusive titles on my IOS device on an XBOX Elite controller is a sight to behold!
The device grips tightly and is so adjustable it can literally be placed in any position.
High quality sturdy plastic allows for a flexible but strong stand that balances perfectly in your hand.

The controller itself works perfectly, as all the previous PowerA controllers I’ve owned have, this is the first one to have a very large deadzone, which makes FPS games almost unplayable, as tiny, minute adjustments aren’t possible. If that wasn’t the case, it would be the perfect mobile controller. If a PowerA support person knows a way to fix this, I’d be ecstatic. I’ve zero deadzone set in game, and on steam, but still the controller has a large deadzone.
Want to do some serious gaming on your mobile? Fed up those dreadful touchscreen “virtual gamepads”? The solution is simple, attach your mobilephone to one of the best gamepad, the xbox one controller! This clip is definitely the best in the market right now. It fits the xbox controller perfectly. Easy to attach and detach to controller. With the clip attached, all buttons and usb port are still accessable. This one has two points of adjustment, each secured with a pair of screws. You can fine tune the position the mobilephone to suit your preference, e.g, whether to have it sitting directly over/covering the controller or to have it positioned above/inline with the controller, or any other position you can think off. And depending on the weight of the mobilephone you can easily position the mobile such that it doesn’t topple the controller when placed on a flat surface. The clip itself is light weight, plastic but feels solid not likely to snap easily. And the four screws connected to the two adjustment points are smooth and easy to operate. The clamp that hold the mobile is also good. There groves at the top and bottom section of the clamp and that hold the mobilephone securely, no risk of the mobilephone accidentally detaching itself. The smallest and largest mobile phone that I have tried are pixel 3a (5.6inch screen) and galaxy a71 (6.7inch screen), and both fit just fine.

Somehow a downside is that the clip fits the controller perfectly…hence the 4 star rating which might be unfair. It isn’t compatible with my battery pack. I have a venom rechargeable which has its own micro USB port for charging, this increases the size of the battery compartment as it pokes out a little, the PowerA is fitted perfectly to the controller with no wiggle room so it wont clip on.
Not a major issue but it means i have to either buy another type of rechargeable battery or go back to regular batteries. As its the most expensive phone mount, this is just a tad annoying and it would have been nice for them to make it a bit more universal.
I bought this clip to extend my gameplay from PC to couch, bed, and pretty much anywhere else. I use it to stream gameplay from my PC to Android mobile phone — and I love it! It’s everything you can ask for to have a great time and lay around in bed while playing your favorite game.
Sometimes I use it for cloud gaming too, with services like Geforce Now.
Also, I didn’t mind paying the price for this because of the adjustments legs and angles the clip provides. When I got it, I was happy that I didn’t go with cheaper options.
Fits perfectly to my samsung note 8, feels reliable and safe to use for long periods if needed. Better than spending a wedge on the alternative. Mobile gaming is the future..
I bought this controller clip to be used on an Xbox One controller so I can play games via the Game Pass on my mobile phone easily.
Pros:
+ The phone (Samsung S9) fits very nicely into the clasp and feels secure enough to not fall out.
+ The clasp sits very snugly to the controller too, but is easy enough to take off when you’re done.
+ The build quality is good. It feels strong and sturdy, and the gears work nicely.
+ It’s so easy to use, it takes seconds to clip the phone in and get playing.
Cons:
– It’s essentially a couple of bits of plastic, and for 15 I’d personally say that’s a bit steep. That said, it gives me confidence when I use it. I wouldn’t want to put my phone into a cheaper/flimsier one.
In my opinion, if you’re happy to shell out the money for this, it’ll serve you very well. If not, look for a cheaper alternative, but be warned of the risks of those falling apart.
Only 1 missing feature, which I feel is a bit of a let down with the price is the lack of vibration in the controller, just doesn’t add to the feel when playing racing games.
Currently using on Xbox Game Pass with no issues.
Bought this on the premise of the other good reviews. I’ve had no issues with it so far, securely attaches to the xbox one controller, leaving room for the headphone port on the bottom and usb socket & sync button on the top.
I’ve used it with a Oneplus 6T and had no issues with fitment, I’ve used it for probably about 10 hours now since game pass beta streaming was turned on last week.
You can adjust two parts of it to find the perfect position for you… once i’ve got mine in a good position I haven’t moved it since. It seems really sturdy and well built.
Recommended.
When I firat saw this, I thought they had massively over-engineered a controller clip.
However, after having used it for a few weeks, it is by far the best clip I have ever bought. It doesn’t have the issue of the phone flopping forwards because the hinge can’t handle the weight of the phone, like I’ve experienced on other clips.
I can also adjust the position of the phone based on how I’m sitting to make the viewing angle comfortable. With this clip, the phone can be positioned to keep the centre of gravity in a position that allows for comfortable prolonged use.
The Xbox One has been the most comfortable game controller I’ve used in 40 years of gaming so the ability to use it on my phone with this seemingly-durable clip is great.
I’ve used all in one solutions before, ie. a poorly made (Chinese cheesy plastic anyone?) gamepad with built-in phone holder but they were rubbish and broke after hours of use.
This is made of tougher stuff though. There is space for the micro USB port to either be connected or to charge while still sitting in the clip.
This grips my OnePlus 7 pro firmly and can be adjusted to any angle. Bought for Geforce now and project Xcloud and whilst I haven’t used it as much as I thought, this is more a sleight on the quality of these platforms… Hopefully they will improve in time. The actual plastic it is made of its ever so slightly flimsy feeling, so if I used it everyday I don’t think it will stay locked in place as well as it does now.
The double articulation allows you to fully adjust the angles in order to get best balance and viewing experience.
The only 2 points of criticism would be on the glue that it’s used for the rubber protective fittings which doesn’t feel very strong and on the fact that you can’t rotate the phone in portrait mode which would make it useful for more games.
I really recommend it.
