Bought to replace old scales to weigh dough balls in a pizza shop so hard working item
Ideal kitchen scales, choice of grams, ozs . Very precise. Made well . Nice & compact & easy to store in cupboard. Nice design. JH
Love these really easy to use. Love that you can add for to a meal set it to 0 and weigh each item as you add it. So easy! Great and would definitely recommend.
All good , light , easy to use , changing weight type easy and accurate
Smart, neat set of scales with 3 AAA batteries to operate it. Simple, straightforward instructions, excellent tare facility.
Nice little set of scales. Does exactly what you hope it would do and has been very useful.
Spot on with measurements , nice and small , easy to change between settings
Was looking for a good scale for a long time. This one is very easy to use and accurate. For the price it is super.
This design is far better than the flat type, because the display is below the level of the weighing platform and points back towards the user, so it is visible even when a dish or pot is sitting on it, unlike the flat type of scales, where the display is at the same level as the weighing platform, so that something like a plate can easily cover it.
We’ve had these some time now before writing a review. Great little scales. Easy to set-up, use and clean. My wife needed them to accurately measure quantities, which they seem to do. Very happy with this product.
A really nice set of kitchen scales. Very clear display, much better and clearer than the usual LCD type. Easy to use. We use it every day with the Tare function. Would definitely buy again and recommend to others
Scale is quite accurate as seen from the pictures, the 100g chocolate bar is measured at 100g. Although, sometimes the measurement can have a range of 2g which is why I would only give it 4 stars for accuracy. Other than that, the LED lighting is very helpful as it is much easier to see especially because of the slope so you can see it even if you have a bowl on top. Plus it just looks good.
A great digital scale that is easy to read even when you have a bowl on the top because of the angled display.
I had previously given a poor review that was meant to be for the shocking Amazon delivery, not the product.
I think Amazon should give a system for reviews to their delivery procedure as well as a product review.
Over all I find these scales fast and easy to use. I like the bright display, easy buttons and the way that the screen is at an angle so you can still read it if a wide bowl is sitting on top of it.
I don’t know about durability yet but so far (a month or two) I love them.
Only recently purchased these scales but on using found them to be excellent and a good price. The display doesn’t get covered up like my old ones with a large mixing bowl on top.
It’s a shame it doesn’t give the measurements to a decimal point so it’s unable to show you 6.5 grams for instance it shows 6 or 8.
A nice scale that zeros well when using a container for ingredients. No scientific check on accuracy. Looks ok regarding part use of a flour against the total on the packet. Cleaned up ok after use.
As scales go, it’s what you’d expect.
It has the usual features of imperial and Metric, with solid and liquid measurements. It has auto power down and this lasts 2 minutes that seems to be timed from the last measurement change. However this is not always so. I’ve had two instances of being in the middle of measuring something when it decided to switch off. Both occasions it was during measuring out for bread and I was adding the liquid by weight using the Tare function when it switched off. I had to take a guess at where I was up to rather than throw all the ingredients away and starting again. Frustrating and leaves you on edge as to when it’ll do it next.
Next is if you want to measure a small amount, in this case weighing some essential oil for soap making, you put your container on (25g), set to zero then start adding oil a drop at a time. However, you can add up to 10g before it registers anything, and then it only registers it’s minimum 2g. If I take off what I’ve just measered and remeasure it now says it’s 10g!
After a few tests that I did using sugar I find that this response it consistent after each time you switch it on!
All these traits are annoying however, once you know about, and allow for them I guess it works fine.
Really good quality, digital scale with the numbers very clear and bright. Very happy with the purchase. Simple, effective with a good price, size is perfect for me not to big and you can fit in a graw easily.
Sometimes simple things can be a big help. Having the screen tilted forwards makes it much easier to read, particularly when you have larger bowls on the scales. My previous scales were much harder to read in this situation. It can be slightly slower than I’d like adjusting to a new weight, but other than that, excellent bit of kit.
Very convenient size and thus easy to store. They seem accurate and I like the versatility of the wet and dry measurements available. Excellent price too. The only niggle for me is that the numbers are not shown as complete figures, but almost like dotted lines, but for the price and convenience I can live with that.
A little bit lighter and flimsier than my old Salter one but all the reviews say this one is better and more accurate. I like the slanted display – makes it much easier to read the weight.
