I use it in my workshop to replace a battery operated one. The charge from the solar lasts longer than the time I spend in it and have a brighter light.
This light is brilliant, you can have it fully lit to cover lots of ground or bring it in so that it just covers a certain area. Really pleased with it and feel a whole lot safer having it protecting our property. Best buy yet for us!!!
This is a very bright well made Solar security light.
Arrived well packaged with clear instructions.
Took less then 10 min to fix to gate. Also includes a remote which can be operated for 3 settings.

Bracket for light easy to fit using 3 screws. Easy to attach light to bracket. Solar panel easy to install using 2 screws. Light and solar panel are both adjustable.
The solar panel has a long lead so it can be placed in maximum sun light.
The light works very well using the motion detection mode, comes on instantly and is very bright. Light turns off very quickly after motion has ceased.
Remote control can be used to turn light on or off and to change the operating mode from motion detection to constant dim to constant bright.

Charges via day light. The first day I charged mine it was a typical dull over cast winters day in the north of England and it still charged brilliant. No need for bright sunshine.
This was easy to attach to the fence and has 3 settings which I think are fab (1) on for 15 seconds when motion detected (2) on low light all the time and brighter for 15 seconds when motion detected and (3) On bright all the time.
I put this light up in my garden because walking to the shed to get to the tumble dryer or second freezer was a bit dangerous in the dark… this light is bright enough to light up the whole garden without being too bright that it disturbs any neighbours! 100% would recommend this to anyone!
This is a great and versatile LED light installation was a breeze fitted the bracket to the wall and slid the light onto it. The Solar panel also was a easy to fit 2 screws done. Comes with a five metre cable so the solar panel can be situated in a perfect spot to catch the sun.Also comes with a nice remote control this is handy to change the setting to suit your environme
