Love this extending safty gate ..its owtfect and fit the wiser stair case.easy to assemble and fit love the measuring tape that came in the pack.

Great safety gate, we ordered two for the top and bottom of stairs and they were really easy to install. This type of safety gate doesn’t have a fixture on the floor, I find this a lot safer especially if doing night feeds to avoid trips and when little one starts walking this means less potential falls which is great.
Perfect for what I needed
I have a Havanese puppy (Mocha) coming so he need to be extra safe for his first few weeks,

Got this stair gate as my little one has just started walking so we needed a way to stop her making a run for the stairs.
Easy to fit with no problems
So the instructions are whack they could totally update these and make it more clear but once I got the hang of it was super easy I baught this because it ajusts perfect for door ways or stairs my stair entry is large so this is perfect and still some space left very strong very study
What an absolute b-ache to put together if you’ve never done one before and if you someone temporary lose a couple of the parts!!
45 minutes and a few toe curling words and it was finally done!!
This has gone across my metal garden gate as my daughters dog learnt she could squeeze through! This is great at keeping him inside the garden while he’s here!
Operating the gate is easy, just lift the gate a couple of cm to lift the gate over the catches – I chose this particular gate because it features a spring-loaded swivelling blocker that prevents the gate from being lifted otherwise… I did not want the puppy from lifting it with his nose !! closing the gate is the same – lift and pop the gate back into its catches – the swivel block flips aside to allow this.
Early days but the gate feels sturdy and just the job if you don’t mind screwing the hinges and catches into the wall.
Oh and even better, if you want to remove the gate for a short time, the gate lifts off the hinges with a small button on the top hinge.
I recommend this and would not hesitate to buy again. and I am fussy !
Definite lack of instructions, Only had the template for screw holes for one side which made putting it up difficult and it’s not straight so not the easiest to open.
It does do it’s job well and kept the dog downstairs so all in all good product if you’re okay at measuring and using spirit levels!
