Good for putting on bike where Access is awkward to get to with say standard air pump. Make it accessable
Ok so sandisk Is decent but Kingston is gigachad ok
Bye lol. 🙂
I needed a new SD card after the brand that came with my newly purchased Sony MP3 player kept disconnecting even though it was new. Doing a little research, Sandisk was highly recommended. I have had this two weeks now and so far so good, no disconnections.
I never buy any other kind now.
SanDisk all the way
So far this is working very well in my dash cam.
I bought this a long time ago. Even though I’ve now upgraded though larger and larger capacities, to its current 512GB big brother, I’ve stuck to this brand because of its superb reliability.
This now tiny 32GB microUSB card continues to make the rounds of my family. It’s proved to be super reliable despite the huge number of devices it’s been used in.
I bought the 32GB version of this Sandisk Ultra micro SD card specifically for use in a Litmor Battery Cam 1 – which won’t accept micro SD cards higher than this capacity, and all my spares were either 1GB (too small for long term usage) or 64GB+ (incompatible).
Suffice to say, it’s your standard Sandisk micro SD card, which from experience over time are just about as reliable as they can be. The red/grey colour, whilst mainly for branding purposes, makes it easy to spot compared to a plain black one – which is a definite benefit if you ever drop it or put it down somewhere and forget about it.
Performance is top notch, no complaints from me for this or any other capacity Sandisk Ultra cards I have used before. I’ve used them in multiple high demand situations such as dashcams, drones and security cameras with zero issues in terms of write speeds, and read speeds from the card via a USB 3.0 card reader have always been more than fast enough.
Sandisk customer support is also fantastic. I have only ever had one of these cards fail on me (6+ years ago, data could still be read, the card just could not be written to) and the Sandisk RMA process was hassle free, fairly quick, and got me a brand new replacement card that still works to this day.
My only gripe is the packaging which has never changed over the years; it could easily be entirely cardboard without the need for single use plastic. This would make it easier to open (without the need for scissors) and more environmentally friendly, but again emphasis on this being a very minor gripe.
All in all, I have no issues whatsoever recommending this line of Sandisk Ultra micro SD cards for use in virtually any application. For this particular card, it has performed excellently in my security camera since installing it, and if I ever face issues I shall be sure to update this review accordingly.
I can remember purchasing my first PC, which had a hard drive of 32Mb and which seemed at the time huge. As time has moved on, items have decreased in physical size, yet capacity has increased enormously, to the point that 32Gb is seen as quite small in terms of capacity, yet in my eyes it still offers an awful lot and for very little money.
I purchased these items for some battery powered security cameras at my home. 2 of the 32Gb capacity for cameras located in the less frequently visited areas of our garden and a 64Gb capacity cards from the same manufacturer to cover the area where we have the largest routine footfall. Both types of card will hold recordings for 14+ days.
I have used Sandisk products for many years and find them to be reasonably priced and more importantly robust and of high quality. These cards are no exception. They come in standard packaging and are supplied with a full sized SD card adapter. I use these cards in other applications too, in both my Canon 80D camera and also a Motorola smartphone to store music. They work faultlessly and whilst not quite as fast in my camera as dedicated full size cards, particularity for taking rapid bursts of photographs of rapid objects, the difference in speed is negligible. Additionally, unless I particularly require a larger capacity, particularly for photography, I prefer several lower capacity cards rather than one large one I.e. 4 x 32gb rather than 1 x 128gb
Overall a great product, ideal for a number of application be it phone, photography, or phonics and competitively priced. No question about 5 stars.
When I bought the Alexa 3rd gen I felt that I made a worthy investment because the old gen 2
was out of style I didn’t like to display it but the 3 rd gen I more fancy it has a fancy sandstone fabric which makes it look really outstanding . I would definitely buy another one just so I could Enjoy the experience in another room. The price is very reasonable 30 it’s not high or low it’s just perfect. The best features are that it’s very loud for the Small size it is it’s very great quality when it’s on max sound you can hear the song very clear. The speaker is a 1.6 which is good for the size. When I listen to music I have a lot of options I use Apple Music because I get a free membership I have a few friends that use spotify and amazon music Overall I give the product 4.5 stars.
I wanted to give it a 5 stars but I felt something was missing for example I wanted to go to the park and take it with me but it’s a plug in only so I feel when they make one portable I would definitely purchase it as soon as I can.
My family likes Alexa they thought that the google home would be better for them but I convinced them that the Alexa is better for the home instead of the google home they purchased 4 Alexa’s they all link up together which gives the house a good stereo system.
It makes you feel like your in a party all the tim
My phone has 16GB of on-board storage and after 12 months of use all that space has been taken up with Images, Videos, Apps and Cached data. Needless to say certain Apps stopped updating because of the lack of available space and the odd one or two were refused to operate, this lead me to delete my least favourite Apps and photos (although i really wanted to keep them). It was clear i needed to gain extra storage space and fast without splashing out on buying a new phone since my existing phone was fast enough and did everything i wanted it to do.
The mobile i currently use for personal stuff (Motorola Moto G 3rd Generation) has an Micro SD card slot offering support for up to and including a 32GB High Speed Micro SD card. I did wonder about saving a few pounds and getting the 16GB version but decided on the 32GB as it gives me peace of mind plus i’m sure as time goes on and apps get bigger the extra space could well be used. Literally i inserted the micro SD Card into the phone which it instantly detected. The phone then formatted the card and asked if i wanted to use the card as “portable” or “internal” storage. If you plan on using the card as expanded storage for your phone then ensure you select “internal”. Afterwards the phone then asks if you want to transfer all photos, videos, background system files and indeed a few apps.In the case of my phone it instantly transferred across some 7.5GB of data. After the automatic process was done i actually went into the app settings tab and was able to move more apps across to the card like Twitter and Snapchat to save even more space.
The Speed of the Micro SD Card i chose is as fast as the built in internal storage. You literally notice no difference in speed although i will say since freeing up a lot of internal space the phone seems to load applications faster. It may only be specific to my phone but all photos, videos and even new apps will now automatically be stored to the SD Card rather than internal storage (except certain apps who’s developers demand the app be saved to your phones default storage) It’s actually 50/50 as to which apps can be moved back and forth and which can’t. Some like Google Chrome and Whatsapp must remain on the default storage but a lot of non proprietary apps can be moved.
Included in the pack is an Adaptor, this adaptor can be used for transferring the contents of the Micro SD Card directly to a PC or other device. That said in the age of Bluetooth and email it won’t be getting much use if any at all from me. Nevertheless i appreciate it being included with the Micro SD Card. If you have an SD Card reader on your PC, Laptop or TV and aren’t capable of operating Bluetooth then the adaptor might be a handy inclusion.
VERDICT: The card itself is tiny, the size of a nano sim card and incredibly lightweight so be extra careful when handling it and do not touch the golden teeth as any finger oils can stop it working properly. I specifically checked with my mobile phone manufacturer before i ordered this Micro SD Card to ensure it was compatible. They also recommended the speed rating and said it be no slower especially if being used as internal Storage. I couldn’t be happier as now all my apps are up to date and i have over 6GB of internal storage left for new apps that demand to be installed on the default storage and over 22.5GB of storage on the mSD Card for photos, videos and even apps that can be moved. Never will i have to worry about taking pictures of videos again at an event, the speed of the mSD Card is as good as the built in flash storage of the phone and when i chose to get a new phone in a few years i can easily carry this mSD card forward. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED especially if you want to expand your phone storage, just ensure it’s compatible before you order. On a side note Packaging and delivery was excellent from Amazon.
I’ve written several reviews for a variety of SanDisk’s data cards and they are still a brand I very much trust, especially for the cost. ENSURE you’re sourcing genuine goods however!! Check individual retailers for high feedback ratings before purchase as these cards are frequently counterfeited. Benchmark your new cards when you receive them as well to double check they’re up to spec. Otherwise, am just pasting in a previous review as the same applies, this is simply a larger capacity card to my previous purchases…..
….. I’ve done the usual benchmarking tests for read and write speeds of this class of card and it’s fast, very fast!! I have stacks of different data cards from older larger compact flash to newer smaller SD and micro SD and one brand that has consistently outperformed and certainly outlasted many other brands repeatedly is SanDisk. I have SanDisk cards that are many years old that still work perfectly.
They are frequently counterfeited however, so purchase from a seller with high feedback ratings. Even then, fakes are getting so good on the exterior now even the most diligent retailer can sometimes miss them. Make sure you benchmark any new card to check its performance that you have genuine goods and theae cards will serve you well. It takes seconds to test a new card these days and there are various programmes and apps to aid with benchmarking the basics, it’s not a major chore as it once was.
Card was supplied in standard secure blister pack retail packaging with an adapter. Performance is good which makes transferring files on and off less of a job and saves time. Would definitely recommend SanDisk, for the price of their cards they perform very well and last longer than many other brands. I’ve never had a SanDisk micro SD fail on me out of countless cards and I can only recall one SanDisk SD card failing and I didn’t exactly look after it particularly well.
Would always happily recommend SanDisk for any type of data card. 5/5.
