I’ve had this product before and I liked it so much that when my other one finally gave up after a few years, it was an obvious choice for another one.
Love this foot file, took off the white crusty hard skin in no time at all.
Small and compact yet powerful.
Easy to clean, and store away.
Not too noisy either. Black roller for cracked heals.
Highly recommened and worth every penny.
Kind regards

Having tried all sorts of creams and pedicure products over the years I thought I would try this one. It is brilliant! Hard foot skin is a thing of the past.
It’s 5 stars from me. Soo easy to use. I went straight for it, on dry feet. I didn’t need to use the brush adapter and I didn’t read the instructions.
It’s got 2 buttons; On/off and fast/faster. Nothing more to explain. Does exactly what it says on the tin.
Bought it to replace a cheap one that I thought was good – well turns out my cheap one wasn’t good…but this one is! Absolutely brilliant and I can tell it’s going to change my feet completely!
It is pretty good, but I was confident to use it. although there are no English instructions- but would be possible to hurt yourself if you over use it!
I bought this in January, and I am not impressed. It is pretty much useless, however, I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt, and held onto it. Prior to this, I had bought an unknown brand from Amazon, and it was terrific, however Amazon stopped selling the replacement rollers. This time, I thought I would buy a well-known brand, and the result has been very disappointing. It is not electric (possibly my mistake, I didn’t notice this), it uses batteries, however, it does not use rechargeable batteries, therefore, I will have to keep buying replacements. The bottom line is, if you’re looking for a good foot file, look elsewhere, which is what I’m about to do (unfortunately, too late to return this one).
After testing few less expensive options, I can say this one does the job. Easy to use, no issues, happy with the purchase and have been using on a regular basis.
As someone who has a little dry skin and the odd bout of cracked heel, this is ideal in helping me keep my feet clean and smooth though I’m not sure how effective it would be for those with seriously dry and calloused feet. More for light general maintenance not fixing real problem feet.
Once you get past the assembly of the product it is easy to use and does the job. Dry skin and calloused are “scrubbed” away.
Cleaning is tedious by is no worse than other similar products.
I play badminton and lately I have been getting manky cracked feet on my soles. This thing is a bit expensive for what it is, but to be fair it does seem to help. I used it once and it’s taken some of the dry skin off and smoothed my feet a bit – I then stick some moisturising cream on them, seems to be working. I’ll continue to use it and hopefully that will solve the problem. I found it powerful enough, don’t want it too strong anyway 🙂 would be better if it was rechargeable, 4/5 star.
I’ve seen this around for a couple of years and always put off buying one because it’s a pretty hefty price tag for a spinny thing, and also thinking me and a ‘cheese grater’ could do a better job but the past year my feet have got ALOT worse. I’ve tried so many different things with so much agro but I’ve had this thing 30 minutes and the difference is insane! It was so satisfying feeling how smooth my heel is already and really cut through the hard dry skin with 0 pain. The first power setting is naff but the second one blasted through the thick dead skin, again sorry for the grossness! I used the Sholl Cracked heal balm after and genuinely my feet feel so much better already, really looking forward to use this to keep on top of my heels.
Also took me 30 seconds to get into the packaging, I just bend it at the back where the bubble plastic was and it popped right open.
I really like this foot file. If you follow the instructions & look after it, it’ll last a long time. I do wish it had a charger adapter but I suppose that may potentially be a drawback in the long run, rechargeable batteries are just as good if not better (it’ll avoid any problems with the charger if one was to be fitted with an updated model).
It definitely pays off to wash & dry your feet prior to use & analyse the type of skin you’re using the device for & use the correct head & you’ll achieve the perfect, polished finish.
I wash my feet, use the very coarse head on the built up areas, change down to a moderate course head for the ball of the foot & the bottom of heel, change out again for the cracked heel head (when necessary) & change again for the polisher & your feet will look & feel fantastic to touch! I’m sure if I could walk & had any sensory feelings in my legs & feet it’d feel nice, somebody described it like walking on a cloud…
Just a couple of things to note:
Avoid using in one place for any more than 2 to 3 seconds.
There’s no need to push down whilst using the device as the correct heads do the job great if you use it in a circular motion.
Also your machine has a safety setting that stops if you do try to press hard so don’t think that your machine is on the blink if this happens.
Plus, I’m one of those people who doesn’t read instructions & it took me a while to find out, the button has different settings dependant upon the speed you want it to spin – who knew?! ;0)
In 2018 I originally wrote that it wasn’t worth the 40 it’s being sold at on the high street. I got it on a pightening deal for 16. I take that back after not having any troubles for over 2 years!
If I had any suggestions, I’d say it’d be a lot easier if it came in much easier packaging to open from new. Plus it’d be great if it came with a cap bag to store the machine in when not in use & keep all the heads together.

I’m blown away. Great results after first use. You won’t regret buying this item!
Exceeded my expectations. Very efficient foot file. But the extra roller advertised as included was not in the box, so that was a bit disappointing.

Not cheap but you get what you pay for and this is a great unit. I recommend it as it does what it is intended to do with ease.
Very pleased with this foot file easy to use and 2 speeds
I love this, I had the older version from when they first came out but it broke. The new one is much more sleek and switch positioning.
Loved it, it removes the hard skin off my feet with very little effort. Worth the money, I haven’t used the massage roller yet but will try it soo

Very easy to use. I use it a couple times a month to remove hard dead skin on the heels.
I don’t think the brush attachment is any good though

Decent product but the file worked just once and I had to replace it.
Bought as a replacement for a relative. No complaints received.
