Take this every day as I have been able to reduce the thyroxine I take on a daily basis.
Cost is an issue which is why I only take one a day but they work and that’s what is important.
This is my second purchase, nails much stronger and hair is growing again.
My wife has Been taking these capsules for years and says she feels the benefit of them. No problems from seller. All in all a good deal.
Not sure of the health benefits. My wife wanted to try them after a recommendation from her sister.

These are great, easy to swallow, odourless and are great for anyone with a Thyroid disorder.

I can’t eat seafood so thought this would be a good way to get iodine into my diet. Only been taking it two days so can’t tell yet if it makes a difference. Easy to take capsules.
Seems good, l will re order. Am also taking some other supplements with it so will continue with them all l am feeling better though. Hope this helps
This product is a good source of iodine and when taken 1 on the morning and 1 on the afternoon.
With the ingredients in a capsule the body has better chance of absorption.
I have been a sitting and sleeping bedridden zombie for years. However, after just one month of taking these tablets, my physical and mental energy is increasing beautifully. I have finally stopped crashing out all the time. Furthermore I am experiencing better energy throughout my now fully awake daytimes that I am finally getting chores done, going for walks and generally starting to experience a quality of life again for the first time in 10 years. At this rate I will even be able to manage to return to work in a few months I envisage and having a social life again. These tablets have really saved me, injecting me with the desperate energy I have needed.
Since taking these tablets I have noticed I hardly lose any hair whilst brushing or washing it. The strands appear thicker and it’s in much better condition. My weight has stabilised and my energy levels are better- I seem to have a more regular sleeping pattern. Will definitely continue taking and such a great price!
I’ve been really ill while I was using these so it is difficult to know if they worked or not, I don’t seem to have had any benefits but, like I said, I have been very ill!
Bought these capsules. Quick delivery and a nice price. Bit early to say if they are working or not. Also received a free 30 tab pack of multivitamins, I like that.
