Firstly, this watch is less than 40. Do not expect to get a high quality automatic watch!
My elderly mother wanted a watch that’s easy to read, has the date and day, and isn’t digital. You’d be surprised at the lack of choice with those criteria.
Even though she could afford a more expensive one, this meets her needs and looks smart on her.
I’m going to replace the strap because it’s stiff and nasty, but that’s only going to cost a tenner.
If you want a ladies watch that is easy to read, has the date and day, and isn’t digital, then give it a go. It’s a bargain.
A very good looking, smart watch and strap. I like it very much. Only problem is getting the day and date right, especially as the days are in both Spanish and English. I think I’ve mastered it now but it took time and effort. Small instruction booklet not all that clear.
The watch is accurate and good quality for the price. Only drawback for me is the day and date which is difficult for me to read having not so good eye sight. Although, having said that if I focus for long enough I can just about make it out with my glasses on.
Bought myself this watch, as all my smart watches have flat batteries, and nowhere open to have new ones fitted! I’m delighted with it. Looks quite smart, and has excellent features – date and day and sweep second hand. Very good value for money.
he watch is very beautiful.although, i expected it to be bigger. i have ordered the men one aswel because of how beautiful the women’s one is. I received the watch on time. and it was well packaged.
thank you so much.
This is a nice, classic ladies watch. The face is generally clear although as I’m rather short-sighted I do tend to keep mistaking the date for a hand and thinking it’s quarter past the hour all the time as a result. With hindsight, a watch without a date might have been a better choice! Another plus is the fact that the watch strap is long enough. I don’t have skinny wrists and watch straps tend to be tight for me, so I was glad that this had room to spare – I think some reviews gave a different impression but I can’t see why.
I think the watch does exactly what was said about it. The only thing I noticed was that the watch was working when I received it. All other watches I have bought there was a small plastic spacer between the battery and the watch which I had to remove to start the watch. Is this something that usually happen.
The watch is just what I wanted, unfortunately the strap is very hard and is difficult to put into the safety loops but as I can read the day and date with no trouble I am going to buy a new strap. It was a bit tricky to adjust the date. A Yarwood
I liked that it had the day/date function, the face and straps are a bit small/thin but I guess it’s a watch for women, overall, it’s o.k, it has the basic functionalities… would’ve been nicer if it had a night light of some kind so you can see the time in the dark…
The day and date is very small and the date is very difficult to see the watch itself is very nice and telling the time is easy because the numerals are very clear.
Brilliant watch. Easy to read dial. The watch was advertised as a leather strap, but it was leather top and non leather against the skin. This made it impossible for me to wear without buying a new all leather strap
A lovely looking watch which is also very comfortable to wear due to the soft real leather strap. I sometimes leave my watch on the bathroom windowsill while I shower and I think the steam has damaged a few previous watches so the fact that this watch is waterproof gives me more peace of mind.
Delivered quickly, and an ideal present for my Mum, who is ageing and struggling with memory problems – the day/date are ideal for giving her an easy reference point of where she’s up to in the week.
