This is a good quality shower drain cover replacement but it isn’t allowing the water to escape quickly enough at the moment. I am hoping to be able to adjust it to enable this to improve.
Amazon came to the rescue, easy to locate, decent price, prompt delivery.
So this week, when I wanted garden materials for plants I ordered them from Amazon and not B&Q.
This product has a rubber sealing ring around the top. As a result it was very tight & in trying to push it down into the shower drain to sit flat it caused the plughole fitting to split at the top so not happy. Nothing wrong with the product, but tighter than my original trap cover, which didn’t have the rubber seal around the top. I thought all the shower drain covers like this were the same size, but they are not.
Perfect size, excellent value for money and makes such a difference! The old one had gone green, only a few years old but in a shower that’s not used very often. Simple and easy changed, makes the shower look new again.
