I bought this for breastfeeding at night. Baby isn’t here yet but I can say that the lighting is perfect for what I bought it for. I struggled to find a decent light with my first, I didn’t want anything fancy just a dimmable warm light. It’s not too bright so won’t wake little one right up. Haven’t tried the timer function but that will definitely come in handy. Lovely, compact little light. Easy to use. Definitely recommend.

Bought for use when breastfeeding my newborn at night time. It’s honestly my most favourite product I bought in anticipation of our baby. The light is not overly bright and dims down very low so ideal if you have a sleeping partner when your baby wakes. It has a timer that works perfectly and the charge lasts a good while. I want to get more of them for other rooms!
Bought for my 3yr old as a night light. Easy for her to turn on and off herself and with the timer it has lasted a week and I’ve still not had to charge it up. Nice size and the soft brightness is just right for her to fall asleep with it on . Very happy with this.

It is perfect for nursing light. It doesn’t have a crazy red or green light, just a relaxed yellow color light. Also easy to use, it helps me with my baby feeding and changing nappies every night. Highly recommend.
I’ve bought a few similar lamps over recent years, some have radios or Bluetooth or colour changing. This is a little lamp with a nice warm glow. It is actually nice to not have colour changing options, which is just a gimmick really. The lamp is very small, but in a cute kind of way. It will not light a whole room, but it is perfect for young children or in a baby room, or just for some ambient light. The battery life is immense. I’ve not had to recharge it done getting it about 3 months ago. The timer facility probably helps this as it is really easy to use. You turn the lamp itself and a little digital timer goes up and down with soft reassuring clicks per minute required.
I usually give a twist for 15 minutes as I leave the children and it turns off automatically. You can also adjust the brightness by pushing down. Again super easy.
A great little lamp. Good as a (slightly brighter version) of a candle for the table or outside in the summer evenings.
Lost one star as could be a tad cheaper.
HOWEVER, that “USB C” port on the back absolutely refused to accept any of my USB C-C cables. I thought the thing was defective until I tried the USB A-C cable which came with it, which then immediately worked. Another USB A-C cable that I have also worked.
It’s a weird issue. I can only guess that it has something to do with the power output. Modern USB C-C kicks out 30-140W and I guess that’s just way too much for the electronics in the night light to handle, which seems like a bit of an oversight from Smilodon & Norfiz. USB A only puts out 2-18W, which the night light seems to accept without issue.
So before you return your night light because it won’t charge (I’ve seen several of these complaints in the reviews) try using the supplied cable first.
I bought one for my wife as the timer function is great, then I bought one for myself. I love the soft light and the dimmer and the timer and it’s very nicely designed. Excellent value for money
We use this as a night light for my mother in law with dementia for helping to find the bathroom/ ensuite at night. It gives off the right amount of light, the battery last ages and its easy enough for my 79 yr old father in law to use.
Was looking for a decent nightlight for when I need to see/tend to baby. One without crazy colours but lots good settings control. This is perfect lighting, dimmable, easy to set timer and looks good. Plus it’s rechargeable so need to flaff around with batteries.

Easy to use. Max brightness and lowest dimness are just right for a bedroom at night. Bright is enough to be able to read comfortably. Dim is low enough to give just enough light to the room to see what your doing without being too bright or over powering. The soft orange colour sets a nice cozy mood to the to room too.

Edit: It’s not very good for nappy changes during the night. But still a brilliant light! The charge lasts for a very long time. I’ve only charged it about twice and I’ve had it for 2 months.
I love this light for the bedside locker when getting my baby down to sleep and for night feeds. It’s the perfect soft light. The timer is great and is easy to use. I’d be lost without it now and am buying it for any pregnant friends! Will probably use as nightlight for babies room when they’re older.
I LOVE IT!!!! Very easy to use. You can set time to automatically turn off up to 90min, by turning the lamp top, cool feature! Also, long press it to adjust the lightness level! I find it very practical as a bed lamp. It looks lovely as well, white top, wooden base, small in size. Light weight to move it around. USB charging!!
Also a bonus, this brand offers good service. They is kindly offered me a brand new one when my old one stopped working.

Compact and well made. Good battery life between charges.
A nice, diffused warm white dimmable light with memory. A useful timer to turn off the light.
Ideal at the bedside when going to sleep where a bright, harsh light is unwelcome. Turn on the warm light with a tap and twist to set the timer and fall asleep with a dim light that switches itself off after the set time.
Brilliant for those nocturnal visits to the bathroom or upon waking early in the morning when it’s still dark as the dim light doesn’t dazzle you.
The lowest brightness is just right to fall to sleep giving the room a very soft glow and on full brightness it is sufficient to find objects but I would not personally find it bright enough to read by.
I have purchased a couple more as gifts and both recipients are loving their new lights.
Purchased this for my 9 year old who has trouble sleeping through the night without a light on. This light is ideal as we can adjust the setting so that it is not too bright and distracting keeping him awake and we can set a timer for this also so a setting of 45 minutes and he is asleep but we have no worries about him being able to use it during the night as it is really simple to use and he can control the length and brightness himself. It also has a really good battery life and we charged fully when it arrived and it lasted approx. few weeks prior to needing charging and that was with it being used for at least 45 minutes each night. Highly recommend for a children’s night light and no fixed cables to worry about and fully portable.
We have a nice long room however that means that when we’re in bed we are miles away from any switches and one side of the bed doesn’t even have a plug next to it so instead of adding on extension leads everywhere we thought we would put a rechargeable light in there.
this 1 lasts long enough that it’s very easy to forget to charge it however charging it only takes about an hour and you have a full charge ready to go for numerous nights on end, it’s a very sleek minimal look with a wood effect base which displays the level of lighting that you’re using, you can adjust the levels simply by touching it and raising it up to get to the level that you really want to which is really convenient when you want to use it in the middle of the night and just want a very low light to not disturb your partner.
It is a little small however it throws out such a good amount of light that that doesn’t bother me anymore at all so I’m taking it as a bonus due to the fact that there’s even more space on the bedside table now.
