I had hoped this would be black to match my others but it is a gold colour, and also a bit larger than the ones i have. But hey ho, i have hung it in my greenhouse and am amazed by the brightness of it and the length of time it stays on, so i am really glad i purchased. And yes, it does work through glass!
Bought this for the patio table, looks great but will only come on when other lights nearby are not on. Once on its very nice especially on a glass surface as you get a nice effect on the reflection. I would recommend

Ordered as a set. One works and one doesn’t. They look nice and decorative but it’s annoying that one of them is faulty.***
*** edited and updated to say that the company made contact and offered to refund or replace items without charge, which they did. New set just arrived and both are perfect working order.

Bought in May, very beautiful lanterns, not that bright, but kept shining through the night.
Now Dec and one do no longer work, little expensive for a few months.
Not bad really but just not suitable for hanging under my Jasmine covered arch as hoped for. It needs plenty of sunlight to charge well. If charged well, the light is good, lasting well with a pleasing pattern. Probably best hung off Shepherd’s Hooks for best results. TBH, I just need a different solution for what I had in mind.
I’ve bought these for the second time as first ones got damaged with the wind last year. I love how easy they are to set up, znd they look lovely in the garden. They brighten up a gloomy day and glow when sunny. The charge from the sun lasts all night….last night (13 july) they charged from 3pm when I recieved them, and turned on automatically at dusk, and were still on at 4am! Love these
A decent product but beware they are bright copper in colour. I simply used a metallic aerosol to spray black. They are cool sat or suspended above a table at night.
Strung the lights around the decking looks delightful, arrived next day, well packaged,came on same night and stays on for about 8 hours after a sunny day, perfect for requirements
Love these hanging lights. We stored them away during the Winter and have hung them back up recently and they still work. Could be a bit cheaper. I have bought 5. Look lovely hanging on a tree.
These have a rustic appearance and are when you look closely they are a budget item. However, from a foot away they look lovely. They have an on, off or automatic option for the led lights. The lights cast a pretty pattern. I would say they are a decoration rather than being designed as a usable light. I bought these as a gift but having seen them I intend to buy another set for myself.
I just love the way these look in the daylight and obviously at night is when they really look stunning. I feel they are really good value for money and look like they cost more than they actually did. They come very well packed. I definitely recommend these.
These are lovely lights and after a sunny day remain lit up until dawn. The only downside with them is that they’re not very bright. I have two similar ones from another supplier and they’re much brighter but don’t remain lit up as long.
Bought 4 in total & all worked fine on first night then 1 stopped working. Seller has very quickly replaced the faulty one so all working fine. Lovely fuss free lanterns, switch on and leave, no messing with picking different settings. They cast lovely patterns out when lit and are better if hung. Stood on the floor as the patterns don’t cast as wide

Bought these in addition to a different one I got from friends as a present. The cast a lovely shadow over the patio and will be used a lot next summer. Easy to assemble and they’ve brought a lot of joy at the end of this summer. Nice finish, too. Hope they last for a few years.
Update to add the company sent a free replacement for the one that didn’t work and the replacement works well, I was very impressed with the customer service and would now recommend them

I have contacted seller, as my lantern stopped working, not only received new item very quickly, without sending faulty one, customer service was excellent, very fast response to my issue, very pleased would highly recommend this selle
