Solar Lights Outdoor Motion Sensor – IP65 Waterproof Solar Powered Security Light Led Wall Lighting (1 Pack) [Energy Class A+++]
Q&A
Question 1
Q: If the usb is permanently connected, can it still benefit from solar charging?
A: If the usb is permanently connected, the solar security light outdoor motion sensor still benefits from solar charging.
Question 2
Q: I received the product for the first time, how should I use it for the first time to make the best use of it for lighting?
A: I need to leave it in direct sunlight for a whole day after receiving it and then I can turn on the light. If there is no sunlight or you want to use it as soon as possible, you can use the USB to power it.
Question 3
Q: The solar panel has been covered by a few leaves, will this situation affect normal use?
A: If a solar panel or part of a solar panel is shaded, this part will not generate electricity but will be used as a load, thus consuming the electricity generated by the other solar panels. In this case, the shaded part of the panel will become hot, which is often referred to as the “hot spot effect”. This effect can be severe enough to damage the solar panel.

There are quite a few of these type of wall lights. Solar powered. I use it to illuminate a dark corner, easy to install as no wiring. I do cheat with the fixing. Screws and plugs are supplied but I use a piece of nano tape and it sticks to the wall and stays put.
There are various modes but I use movement sensor and bright. Plenty of light and with the days charge, even on a dull day, works well and for a long time. After all, it only comes on when you approach it. The motion detector works well.
At under 10 at the time of review this is a quick easy and effective way to light a dark spot.
I recently tried out this solar light, and I’m impressed! These lights are not only energy-efficient with an A+++ energy class rating, but they are also waterproof with an IP65 rating, making them perfect for what I need as I have a dark corner near my garage that I want to illuminate when I go to put something in my bins.
The motion sensor feature adds an extra layer of security by automatically turning on the lights when it detects movement — which is good for security. The LED wall lighting provides a very bright light — far better than I expected given it is a solar light. Fitting is easy. No wiring as it is solar so within ten minutes or so you are up and running.
Overall, easy fit and no hassle. Recommended.
It is smaller than I expected but also brighter. Quite handy where there is no electrical supply to feed regular lights. Fitted mine low level on the fence to illuminate the walkway. So far it has been working well. It is NE-facing though so gets little direct sunlight. No problem in the summer it seems as it is going strong but not sure about the winter and might have to move it.
I have one of these lights in my back garden, its been there over 2 years and it still works perfectly, its great to give you light out there when its dark, it is IP65 water resistant, has 3 light modes, mode 1, automatic illumination at night, mode 2, illuminates completely when motion is detected, mode 3 give you a strong light sensing mode. you get screws, wall plugs and adhesive pad.
does a good job and is a good price at 9.96.
I am impressed with this small solar light as it gives out a good amount of light to brighten up the back gate and garden. This light has a motion sensor built in which illuminates brightly when motion is detected.
Inside the box are screws and raw plugs to fix into position or double-sided tape can be used. I would say it is the average price for a single light at 9.96.
It does the job but it does work out so much more expensive to buy just a single pack. Nothing wrong with the light itself though and if you only want the one then this will suffice.
Outdoor Motion Sensor Solar Light. – IP65 Waterproof Solar Powered Security Light super easy to install nice and bright perfect for the garden shed just make sure it gets plenty of sunlight.
I love these type of lights. Have them all around my gardens and now all lit up when anything walks near them.
Easy to use. Just need to be in a sunny spot. Came with screws etc.
Nice and bright and so far not let me down.
Excellent Security Light. Just use the supplied Screw to install in place. It will charge in direct sun light and last all night. You can adjust the brightness. Prefect. No wires, no electricity charges or batteries. Run for years free of charge via Solar power.
Easy to install and chargers during the day and works very well with the pir sensor , adds a some light coming home at night. 3 different levels dim, normal and brightes
I have seen plenty of solar lights recently of this style and nearly all of them are much the same build quality and performance.
these are branded LaiTeny and all the relevant information has been etched onto the back plate of the light giving a bit of a premium look sadly its all hidden when mounted!
as for the light itself these tri panel lights give of a huge amount light given what it is and the PIR helps make it worthwhile lighting up when someone is detected (or something in our case as the hedgehog sets them off at night!) mounting hardware is included along with a double sided sticky pad to make it as simple as can be mount wise and given it sells at just under 10 your getting a bargai
These two lights give off such a bright light, the brightness ultimates half the garden. They come on at dusk and stay on with a low light until it senses movement then its instant ulumination of the garden. For a smaller outside light the power of the light is great. I’ve put these on the post and with the solar panel turned up it gets move of the sun as it moves around the garden. Highly recommend these, we’ll worth the money.
I really like this design of solar lights.
I have the opportunity to review a few solar lights, and among them are units that follow this same basic design, albeit varying a little, with some taller and some wider, but essentially being a flattened prism with the solar panel atop and the light below, coupled with a motion sensor.
They are not the prettiest light fitting; the array of LEDs and appearance is somewhat industrial, but what matters is they are effective.
Having tried some packaged in a more traditional design, I’ve yet to try one sconce type that performs adequately.
Whereas this light performs. It is also IP65 water resistant, which means driving rain, which is the weather in the winter months in the UK.
I personally find the third light setting option – optimal, as does the description “Strong light sensor mode (recommended)”, so that’s on bright when the sensor detects movement. This best suits my needs.
The obvious limiting factors with these lights are, first, their battery life, which I’ve found to be adequate when on sensor mode — even over winter (at least based on a very similar design I installed late last year), The other being the need to position the light where they are in direct sunlight during the day.
Otherwise, these lights are great for places where you don’t have mains power. The light wash is similar to a 60-100w traditional incandescent bulb.
In conclusion, a great light at a very reasonable price at the time of writing of 9.96
I have similar lights which I have had for years who continue to work really and which I think are great. These look quite similar bur more compact. Come with instructions. fixing nails and a tank you card. This one is easy to put up and requires no maintenance other than a wipe with a cloth now and again.
It comes with screws, plugs, adhesive pad etc, which makes it easy to put anywhere. The build quality is decent and hasn’t been affected by the rain in the time used. The lamp has 3 modes, and I’ve only used dim motion detecting one, the sensing distance was pretty good, and the lamp was very bright for how small it is, and the output is a cool white. The button on the front makes changing modes easier than fiddling around on the back.
This is a good solar fence light.
You put it up and it does the business.
As dusk falls the solar light gets to work.
If you walk past the light it lights up.
Brilliant.
Really good for security.
A quality solar fence solar light.
I have a number of other solar LED lamps in this style and generally find them very useful as they can be used to easily light up areas of the garden which don’t have a handy electrical supply. This one has lots of LEDs which are very bright on their highest setting, and manage to illuminate a good area. The movement sensor is useful too, and means the lamp only needs to use power when someone is nearby. The light has a very white colour tone to it which is quite effective for seeing things.
Good value. We made. Sensor works well. It provides a good bright light. Ideal for a pathway outside of house of house. No wiring required. Simple to install. The only thought required in ensuring it is placed in a location which will catch the sun to charge it. I have used it at side of the house and it does work well.
Very good 3 light settings.
its great quality
Does not have a complete off in the night then comes on when you pass its, a very dim light then goes bright when motion is detected.
