I used this while swimming in a Cenote. It felt comfortable and stayed around my waist. It gave me confidence to swim on deeper areas. Yet to be used in open water.

Once you adjust the belt as tight as you can round your waist it works well and once the initial momentum of water making it rise up a wee bit it stays put and I didn’t have to keep pushing it down as had had to do with the modest board like shape which though worked I’d had to keep pushing down while doing my aqua aerobics in the deep end! I adjust the individual floats into two in front and three at the back leaving my arms free of ‘banging’ into them while exercising. I just love being in the deep end as it allows me to exercise my legs without jumping up and down on the hard floor in the shallow end. Would buy again if needed to.

What I liked about this was that is was discrete once I was int he water. I have started swimming to help with my mobility and pain and finding it hard. I used a noodle for a while but found it embarrassing! This is so much better it helps give me a little bit of buoyancy which helps me get less tired. You can remove blocks depending on the level of help you need and the adjustable belt is long if you have a larger waist. While swimming it stayed out and didn’t wriggle up under my armpits and I couldn’t really tell I was wearing it. Really pleased that I bought it! Would recommend to anyone that wants to get back into swimming or maybe do an aqua exercise class.

Bought this product for my partner who loves to swim in the sea unfortunately he has parkinson’s and saw beginning to loose confidence with this it has helped so much. He does not swim alone and we know its not a life preserver, but it does give him the balance he needs.

I have not been swimming for years. The pool I go to is really deep at the end. They do not like you swimming across the lane. This gives me confidence to swim in the deep end and improve my swimming.

Works well for me aqua jogging. I try and do one away jog a week & the rest is road running. This gives my back a rest from the pounding on the road and has improved my endurance and speed. Great produc

If you can swim but are not that confident or that bouyant then this is a great thing to have. There are 6 individual floats on the belt which can not only move to be positioned where you want them but can also be removed. I have gone from 6 down to 4 floats given the confidence I now have when swimming while wearing the belt. You need o have the belt tight otherwise the belt can move above your waist and it’s best to loop the excess belt in so that it doesn’t get in the way. Great value for money as it’s made a huge difference to my swimming and confidence in the water.

I liked the ease and the safe feeling of wearing it to help me swim again after a minor stroke. It greatly improved my lost confidence allowing me to venture into the deep end of the 25-metre swimming pool. I felt quite buoyant although I am over 13 stone. I would recommend it to anyone whose confidence has been impaired by an unsettling event. Good for any age, especially elderly users.

Brilliant device that really workd.having lost more than half my body weight I went from a really good swimmer I had lost all my bounecy and sank like a stone and was unable to swim. This piece of equipment works really well and I am able to do the lengths as I use to do plus you don’t realise that you are wearing it.

I was pleased with this as it helped me to start kicking on my front, before I always sank, now I can do the front crawl without it at last.

However when I first started using it I had the thin foam on the inside and after a few times I noticed that the foam was starting to fray/split. Now I do it the other way round with the fat foam on the inside and it seems fine.

Bought this to get me back into the pool after surgery. Although I had previously visited the pool three times a week after a long period of recuperation I found I had lost my confidence. This returned it and am now swimming and going to the aqua gym regularly – and feeling a lot better for it.
The belt was delivered promptly and is very substantial and keeps you stable and secure. Just right for those who need that extra push to get at it.
