I bought them twice as my son had lost them before. He loves them and the hologram looks really cool. The only thing with the second pair started to let water in pretty quick
Good quality goggles.
My daughter loves these and they have had a ton of use since receiving them.
The hologram to these goggles is just a sticker but once these came off my daughter wasn’t that bothered and continues to use these all of the time.
Our youngest likes these goggles mainly because of the 3D theme and the fun strap design – anything that makes her want to come swimming even more is a good thing to us! They don’t adjust like adult goggles at the sides. Instead the strap is adjusted at the back with a button making the process simpler. The nose isn’t as comfortable as other goggles we have used and the whole 3D thing is a bit of a gimmick as the effect is simply see through stickers on the lenses that can peel off. Not sure how long they’ll survive in the pool. Our wee one likes them which is the main thing but for Speedo we feel they’re not the best fit and a bit gimmicky.
my daugheter loves these goggles. they look great. functionally they are OK. They need to be tight to ensnure water doesn’t get through, but that maybe due to my daughter only be 6. As you would expect from speedo, the goggles are well made.
These are quirky and fun goggles but potentially aren’t as practical as they could be. They are pink and green and the nasal bridge is made from a relatively inflexible plastic (which only bends in one direction to fold the goggles together) which I guess could be a problem if you need them to be more flexible in this area.
They are reasonably comfortable to wear and the eye pieces stick well to the face and suction well so water does not get in. The hollowgram lenses scream gimmick and it’s clear that they are simply stickers stuck to the front of the lenses. How long they will last in the water is anyone’s guess. They stickers don’t affect vision seeing out through the lenses and I’m sure these will be perfectly usable without the hollowgram stickers. The strap is easy to adjust and stays firmly in place once you have adjusted it.
I would expect Speedo items to be practical and stylish but this probably goes a bit too far in terms of style and crosses the line to being a gimmick.
These are great kids’ goggles – I particularly like the button to adjust tightness of the strap which is really practical. They fit well, are attractive and do the job. Personally I don’t have any issue with the hologram being a sticker – on my pair they were well applied and it was obvious that’s what they were, and I thought it was a fun touch. These are good.
Really quirky looking swim goggles from Speedo — the younger ones in the family love them. As you would expect from this brand they are good quality, with fully adjustable strap and anti-fogging which actually works. The holographs on the lenses are stickers, which so far, after several uses are still firmly in place with no sign of peeling, but more importantly, do not impede vision.
Fun, comfortable goggles at reasonable price.
Just for being so pretty, these goggles are well worth the money. They are lightweight and dainty (no enormous nose strap unlike some I’ve seen). Not only that but they’re very comfortable (my nose can get uncomfortable with certain goggles or glasses because it’s been broken before). They also stay dry inside, sealing without leaving huge suction marks and also without steaming up. They’re not cheap but they’re a worthwhile investment.
Got a pair of these for my daughter and she loves them. They have a fun design, clouds on the strap, 3D design on the eye pieces (but which doesn’t impair the view when you are wearing them, which is very clear), and best of all easy to adjust, which is something we have struggled with before with other googles. You just press a catch to release the strap and adjust either way.
My Great Niece absolutely loves these….She has visions of being an Olympic swimmer (Though I doubt these goggles will still fit her in ten yrs or so)
The goggles fit her pretty well and the hologram stickers seem to be bearing up pretty well with no signs on peeling as yet!
These are the usual good quality goggles from Speedo, in a nice aqua and pink colour. A quirky design with holographic stickers on the lenses, which do not impede vision at all. Despite what some other reviewers have said, the hologram effect stickers on the lenses have not come off or even started to peel, even after a few uses in our local pool. The anti fog works well also, which is a necessity in an indoor pool. Straps are nice and strong, and have quite a lot of adjustability on them.
These goggles are a good fit for my 10 year old daughter. She really likes the printed design on the front, which means that she can see out but it is difficult for others to see her eyes. It’s a fun feature for a pair of goggles.
Reading the previous review – I have to say that the pair I received were intact. The hologram effect on the lenses was difficult to remove. I tried peeling them off to no effect. They look really ‘cool’ and are well made in my opinion. Easy to adjust and they do the job of protecting your eyes from water as well as the sun.
These are generally good.
Accept one thing though, the shell print on the lenses are stickers. They will come off fairly sharpish. Not too bad a thing in my opinion.
Once you are past that the goggle themselves are good. My niece found them comfy and they stay put during her time in the pool.
She found the seal good on the lenses.
