I’ve tried many double sided tape’s various makes claiming to be the best but trust me this is by far the best and the strongest I’ve ever used I agree it is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for.
Used for joining thin aluminium to thin stainless steel and it works very well.

We bought a pair of private Registration Plates for my wife’s car. Rather than drill them to fit I bought a trusted product (3M). As expected it holds tight and will do for many years.
Very sticky but extremely difficult to remove the red tape.
I put a small shelf up, metal, on a tiled wall to hold a Goggle Home. I had two strips holding it, it came away after a few days then I put an extra strip on and it’s been ok for last few weeks. Seems to do the job. Easy to use.
I bought this for my father in law and he says it is great tape, he uses it for lots of things.
This was used on an exhibition stand to repair 2 panels and it worked better than expected, initial thought was that it wouldn’t stick, how wrong I was.
Used this to attach a magnetic knife block to the cupboard the boiler sits behind. Did not want to drill holes in the door so figured this would work as a reversible option if I ever wanted to move it. Does the job perfectly 🙂

I have a couple metallic shelves and none of them could Holden on bathroom tiles. They were falling off even without any weight on them. This 3m tape is amazing can actually hold a lot of weight. Definitely recommended
Sticky tape. Nightmare to get the backing plastic off with your fingernails, once it’s stuck it takes a while to gain maximum grip (it’s reasonably easily removed if done shortly after first “adhesion”), but after an hour, it’s pretty stuck on! It’s dear for what it is and the amount you get, although it seems to be on par with competitors. It does, however, do the job (in this case, sticking a car number plate on). Not bad at all, but not brilliant.
