Used to repair seams in outdoor furniture cover. Was a bit tricky taping up as segments of cover didn’t lie flat at corners. Seems to have sorted the leaks at least short term
Now then… My wife’s bumper on her car sometimes comes away at the side because the screw but has snapped so it drops now and again. This does my head in and I’ve fried all sorts of methods. Now this stuff… I taped it on (its clear so you can’t even tell) and its still in place today even after all this August rain.
It’s the real deal
Great tape will always keep a roll in cupboard from now on, even tried under water to repair hot tub leak and it worked, I did however back up with gorilla glue as well to be extra sure.
A beloved and quite expensive outdoor chair developed a sizeable rip in its canopy. We used this to repair it. It hardly showed. We had strong winds and rain for 2 weeks and it has saved the canopy. Very happy
I purchased this to use to protect MTB down tubes it was great as expected and then I tried it on a hole on a work coat. It was brilliant on that too, I then had a hole in a wet suit and thought I would put it on to just keep the cold water out for the swim, it is still on there! So I put some on my daughters wet suit, I am not sure how long it will stick but it has surpassed all my expectations.
Very good for a temporary fix on a leaking external window frame. Wouldn’t say it has great adhesion to brickwork though. Sticks to the grout/cement but not as much the brickwork as claimed above. It’s done its job for me though so would recommend if using on fascia, mastic, plastics.
Used it to repair my windsurfing sail that had a small tear. Still holding up well after several uses in strong winds and cold sea water. A great emergency repair.
I bought this tape to repair a tear in the bottom of a swimming pool. Unfortunately I haven’t used it for this purpose yet.
However, I have used it on an inflatable pool toy and it has sealed air and water tight while taking a lot of punishment. I imagine this will seal the pool liner without issue.
It’s very tacky and also clear.
As you can see from the one handed video the tape was simple to apply to my storm damaged corrugated outhouse roof fixing rather large holes due to large hale, and the the roof is old and quite dirty it still stuck no problem feeling sturdy and great quality.

Very good product but I’m giving it 4 stars on the basis that it’s not easy to keep it from creasing when you try to apply it smoothly. It’s otherwise great. And the creases are not a huge issue in what I’m using it for, which is to protect address labels on parcels to be posted.
