I think that maybe good invest in a wireless depends how much you will use it. We use it for a month to bild a room in the garde and works fine.
Excellent diy product. The only reason that I didn’t give it 5 stars was because it would not drive the staples fully into the wood I was using , , , , but it was oak. Had to finish off with a hammer but even then the staples would not go fully in cleanly. On most wood I am sure it would be fine.
Used to recover dining chairs. Very easy to use and very little pressure needed to staple through material. Chuffed to pieces with it.
This little gadget is amazing. We recovered our dining chairs, it made light work of that task. It’s light and easy to use with my poor grip. Can’t recommend it enough. It’s one of things that you wish you’d bought ages ago!
very nice item however the retaining catch for the staples needs to be made of sturdier material
Did a great job when used to reupholster kitchen chairs.
This is way easier to use than the manual one I had before. You do have to press on the front to ensure the staple fully goes into whatever you are stapling but that is not much of an issue. What is a bit irritating is the safety button which is in the way when you are trying to staple. I ended up gluing it into position – so much for safety but now I can use it without having to continually unlock it when using.
Surely they could have located it somewhere your hand wouldn’t normally be when using. Would have given 5 stars except for that.
Have tried a couple of staplers recently . this one works as well as my pneumatic one , and the best bit is it takes the same type staples and nails .
Great tool making my upholstery product a game! Done two Edwardian chairs now with it and not a single jam. Used both nails and staples. Everyone should have one for all those handy works where you need to nail it
No fault so far and easy to use. Cord could be a bit longer, but user it with an extension lead.
The stapler was purchased to replace one which had broken. I used it to staple coverings on my six dining room chairs, which task was completed easily and speedily. The chairs have a new lease of life now and the stapler will be used for other tasks around the home. Thank you Amazon for your continued great service.
Great tool and easy to use, does a good job. Only thing I don’t like is the safety switch which is in such a position I kept locking the trigger whilst I was using it! Other than that, First class.
Works well and easily copped with the job in hand re-upholstering a chair, I see some critical reviews for this so if you need better tool to last you a lifetime go up the price scale and get what you pay for.
Works very well, but the trigger is very sensitive .you must put the lock on every time you stop using it as it is very easy to fire when picking it up.
his is terrific! I wanted to set about new projects requiring stapling just to be able to use this brilliant little devise. I had previously used a non-electric type and this is way, way beyond anything that ever produced. I used it for re-upholstering dining chair seat. It was easy, slick, quick, effective. I absolutely love and am very, very happy to recommend it.
Bought this as a replacement for my previous stapler, different make, which stopped working. Advantage with this model is the ease of use. Previous stapler had a safety devise on the front so you always had to have an even surface to make it work which was hard to do on curved bamboo screening. This one makes life a lot easier, as once you press the trigger, out pops the staple. I would recommend this item but just remember to switch it off when not stapling, as you could accidentally press the switch and staple the wrong thing.
THE STAPLE MACHINE IS VERY GOOD THE FIRST ONE LET ME DOWN AFTER 2 DAYS . JUST
BE CAREFUL AS IT FIRES WHEN YOU PULL THE TRIGGER . I HAD 3 MACHINES OF DIFFERENT MAKE ALL FAULTY. I ONLY USE FOR D I Y VERY PLEASED AND FIRST CLASS SERVICE MANY THANKS MICK
