Application Techniques：
- Thoroughly clean the surface to remove dirt, dust, grease, and oil, and let it dry completely.
- Painting width must be ≥20cm: Most of the construction surfaces are water-absorbing materials. If the coating width is too narrow, rainwater will flow around the waterproof layer and cause re-seepage inside the substrate. Therefore, when repairing cracks, the spray width must be greater than or equal to 20cm (8 inches).
- Before construction, be sure to accurately locate the leaking point: Most people who have not been in contact with waterproof construction often have a wrong understanding, thinking that the water leakage marks downstairs correspond to the water leakage point upstairs. In fact, we often encounter situations where the leak point is far away from the leak marks during construction. In this case, the construction can generally be extended from the position of the indoor water leakage marks to the surrounding areas.

This had been used on the roof of our Shed instead of roofing felt. So easy for them to install that we decided to use the same product when we make our CATIO for our fur babies so they can go safely into our garden without fear of predators
Excellent product. I’ve used it for part of my flat kitchen roof and it seems to be working perfectly.
Lid was tricky to open, but otherwise no issues.

I got this to use on the guttering joints on my shed, where the old seal has cracked away leaving the water to seap through dripping on the wood causing it to rot away quicker.
This is good stuff and provides a water tight seal. So far, so good. Not had any water leaks yet. It’s easy to spread using a pain brush and sticks well. Let’s hope this stuff lasts long. Happy this has done the job well.
I have shifted to my new home. The outer wall of my kitchen had many cracks that needed a good sealant. I tried this and it was easy to apply. I see the cracks covered. It dried quickly. It is waterproof as well .I hope it lasts longer as the quality looks like.
This is brilliant stuff. Just what i was after. I had alot of moisture coming through an external wall. I used this sealant using a brush and applied a couple of coats. Its did a good job and sealed the wall stopping any moisture coming through. Once dried it can be painted over to hide the black colour. Is very sticky and can be applied to almost any surface. Creates a water proof barrier.
Used it to paint the inside of a rusty galvanised trough. Remove the rusty then painted thus stuff on with a small roller. Covers well but it is thick stuff. It just takes some working in.
We ordered white rubberized paint to coat the top and bottom 3 inches of our white RV awning to add strength to the seam. We recieved 2 cans of black rubberized paint. We were able to use it because it was the same material composition.
We are happy with the end results.
Turns out that it is hard to review a product that will not open. I had to resort to my p-51 to get this open. Once opened, the product is easy to use and covered the tops of my old gate posts quite well.

This stuff is pretty cool. It seals cracks and small holes. It’s easy to apply and clean up. It’s flexible and durable. I have a mobile home and the old tar based stuff is just too messy. I highly recommend this!
I did few things using this rubber paint, garage roof, conservatory roof and garage wall to the roof. All so far stopped leaking, conservatory was done as nail to roof and it has no leaks at all. Both surfaces are almost flat so water just seats there. Basically I’ve test it and it works. Good product for good price
After water damage to my roof I needed something to fix up and seal my roof and thought since its summer its the best time to fix it up, this paint is absolutely brilliant. It turns into a rubber like substance and so far seems to work well, iv tested it with my hose pipe and found no signs of leaks anywhere. I have so many applications for it since my house is quite old and has leaks all over the place. Since you only need to add a couple layers the tin is perfect for small patch ups. Since its black it will blend perfectly with my roof.
Ordered this to seal a leak in the shed roof. It was very thick but easy to apply. Dried quickly and looks . Not rained yet but looks like it will hold.
Taking advantage of a gap in the weather, I brushed this black sealant on the roof and gutters. An enjoyable process, nothing too taxing. The real proof came with the first downpour – no more leaks. Darn effective. The material remains flexible yet tough. Even applied a coat on the old garden bench, shielding it from the elements – a bonus perk. It accommodates paint too. No complaints here.
This is very kind of diy product and very useful on shed garage roof where ever you notice a small to medium leak, it works like a sealant and seals it perfectly, although this can be used on wall and other places too, it looked quite bug tin in the picture but when arrives found it a bit smaller, anyway way this is quality make products.
