My daughter needs something to bite when she feels compressed and these look cool with her necklaces so don’t make her feel awkward.
Solid, nice texture silicon and good colours.

These chews are fantastic, exactly what I wanted. Glad to get something that isn’t a lego brick or looks inherently childlike that I won’t be embarresed to bring in public

Loved this item. The resistence of the material feels nice and is long enough to be confortable to chew with the molars. I have been using it for two days and no marks on the surface yet!
It saved my finger and markers caps from my bites when I’m anxious!

5.0 out of 5 stars Nice to chew

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersI was hoping this sensory stick would be subtle enough that it could be tucked under a top so it wasn’t glaringly obvious. Unfortunately it’s bigger than I was expecting so it’s not easy to wear and then cover up.

It’s also very firm so if you chew rather than suck on it when you stim, your jaw will ache after a while (depending on your use of it).

The string was longer than expected though this can easily be knotted to shorten.

Overall it’s a good idea and I do like to colours. I’ll persevere as I might adjust. If not I might buy the ones aimed for children. I’m a female adult but if the children’s are smaller these might be more appropriate for ever day non-obvious use.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersAfter getting clear aligners to straighten my teeth and looking into the common options to push the aligners into place (movemints or ‘chewies’) and realising how expensive that could get for my six months of treatment, putting them back in 2-3 times a day, I found these chew sticks, not advertised for this purpose but looked to be the right shape and size, and made from the same material as the aligner ‘chewies’. Since they’re not expensive, I thought there’s no harm in giving them a go. It was a great decision – they are indeed the perfect size to move around my mouth, perfect shape as the edges can go in the gaps between my teeth to push the aligners into place, and since I only use them to bite down gently on 2-3 times a day instead of actually chewing on them, and seeing no damage after two weeks, it seems that they will easily last the full six months of my treatment. Couldn’t be happier. These should be advertised as aligner chewies as well!

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersI am an adult (without autism) but get frequent headaches and tmj, which instinctively I’ve relieved through hard biting and stretching of my jaw. I’d gotten in the habit of chewing on all kinds of plastic lids, tubes etc to provide resistence, or my fingers (ouch! Bite marks!). These are perfect. They are so durable and biteable and have a bit of give and they feel like they don’t damage my teeth, which is good. They even look nice and are not too weird to have about the place. I keep them in my mouth when i’m concentrating on stuff and they do help. A good purchase.

NB, ‘official’ advice seems to say that hard biting is bad for tmj. It seems to help for me, but I am not sure I have a classic case of tmj and have always ‘bitten’ to relieve this – so please only read this if you’re in the same boat as me!!!!!!!!!!!

They are lovely and sturdy but I had hoped that, with there being three of them, they would have each had a different hardness. They are a little hard and are thicker than I thought they would be.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersVery good for stress relief and for chewing on when focusing on tasks. They are also very durable having maintained their shape and resistance. Even after days of chewing one for multiple hours it’s only got slight indents. The cord is also very useful in keeping it from falling onto the ground or getting lost. One improvement could be if it came with containers for storing the chew-pencil when it wasn’t being chewed during the day.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersThis product is so good for non neurotypical people! I have ADD and my friends have autism and aspergers. We all love these. They are a great little thing to chew on while round your neck, the easy release means you can wear them to bed. They provide stim for both the mouth and hands and it’s great. Would definitely recommend and buy again.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great for neurodivergents

I can’t fault the seller or the service, absolutely great.
The product is very good, however it is a little big for me– I have limited mouth movement and jaw pain (i bought these to help with that) and i struggle to chew on this with my back teeth.
The actual string necklace bit is kinda ugly, too. I would have liked a larger hole in the chew so i could switch out the string for a chain or something.
Overall, though, good product and very durable.
