Maybe I’m just an odd shape as an hourglass but I tried this in two different sizes and couldn’t find a combination where all the belts would fit properly without being too tight on the loosest fitting or a bit too loose on the tightest.

I bought this for my large 37 week belly needing support and to be honest all women should be recommended this for comfort belt as your pelvis muscles soften and stomach stretches. So I’ve been using the first of the 3 bands that it comes with. It’s not recommended but I did sleep with it on and the elastic did dig into me a little bit but the support it gave my lower belly was really amazing. The velcro is very strong and doesn’t shift and sits soft and comfortable at the front. Very great purchase for comfort and support for Mama’s to be. Will edit review for post natal 2nd and 3rd belts.

This brace has helped me get active more quickly than I thought I would be able to, after my c-section. It supports my belly and scar. I don’t find it so supportive of my back which still aches

I think the idea of this set is great, though i ended up using only two parts out of three. The belt 1 and 2. I sued belt 1 (the one you can wear pretty much after birth) the most.
He quality is good and if i have another baby i will use it again.
Just one thing is that i feel 3 belts is too much. When you wear all 3 of them it feels a lot like a corset and i couldn’t wear them for long as its difficult to sit or rotate your core.
2 belts were enough for me

I didn’t wear this as often as recommended as I felt it made me look wider and it is not so comfy for sitting around breasteeding in, however I always wore it to go for walks in the early days and still wear it now 7 months on if my back is sore and I’m going to have baby in the sling as I feel it gives my back support and improves my posture. I was in a size 16 after delivery and now in a 12 but can still wear this.

I love this product. There is no question that it works. After giving birth I felt all my insides were in water and moving around, as soon as I put on the first stage everything was “zipped” in and I could move around and stand up straight without pain. Definitely worth every penny. I only gave this produce a 4 star rather than a 5 as I’m petite and it does fold over at the top and could be a tad smaller for my frame but nonetheless works really well.

Product arrived quickly and came in a great little case that it can be stored in. Its made of comfortable material and I have put it through the wash successfully a couple of times. It fits how you want it to fit by adjusting it and it stays in position. It has been great for me as I carry my toddler and baby in carriers but need the extra core support after a c section.

I was confused at the beginning as i wasn’t sure how to use it, because its 3 different belts.
One of the reasons I have given 4 stars, the instructions are very poor.

The product itself is well made and it offers great support making me feel very comfortable during my daily activities.
It did help to put my tummy back in place, but it does take time, allow yourself some time to recover.

Used 6 months post partum on advice from a Physio due to ongoing split muscles and fascia. Very comfortable to wear even when exercising. Only given 4 stars as the 2nd stomach part is too large and I can’t fasten it tight enough (I’m a size10/12). Wish I had bought it much sooner after giving birth and likely would have helped me heal far sooner and better. Far cheaper than belly bands etc and I think better for support.

I find it really good quality especially for the price. Whenever I get a chance to wear it it does take a lot of strain off my lower back and after wearing it for a couple of hours I feel fresh..I just wish I could wear it more often but with a newborn it’s difficult because you have to take it off before meals and can’t sleep in it either but eating and sleeping are things I do all the time whenever I get a chance. I can only wear it when I know that we are going to be out and about for a few hours, otherwise while at home I’d find myself constantly taking it on and off..
