I bought these to replace a heavy duty pair which I accidentally cut when using them under the surface of the pond. They seem much more like normal household rubber gloves but so far, so waterproof. My problem is, that even though these are much more flexible and smaller than my old gloves, they are still too big for me. Not everyone who has a pond is large and/or male. The accident when attempting to prune the roots of a large marginal plant came about because I could neither see nor feel what I was doing. The lightish blue colour helps a bit with seeing but I’m still quite clumsy because of the size. No-one seems to make a small person’s glove (I know, I’ve looked) but as long as they stay waterproof, these are okay so far.

They are very comfortable to wear with the flock lining helping to keep hands from getting too sweaty. The sleeves come up a good way. They fit my hands (a medium) very well but I imagine they would be extremely snug on anyone who usually uses a large size. I cannot comment on the longevity as I haven’t had them long enough yet.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our Usershese are ideal for me and cleaning out the garden pond pump
The give a good grip and the length means no more wet arms !
The flock lining adds a little touch of luxury / warmth

Needed these to get down and unblock a drain outside with lots of debris in it, they were just long enough to do the job, cheaper than getting a plumbe

I bought these as I have severe allergies to cleaning products so needed something longer than marigolds to protect my skin from splashes. These did what I need them to, I kept them on to do the washing up, big mistake, they are slippery as anything, although I dont think that is their purpose so no complaint. I’ve cleaned today and havent ended up in resus, so that’s a result!

These are fully lined and the plastic sleeve part fits well over the elbow. I used them for cleaning the oven as I didn’t want the chemical getting on my skin or clothing and these did the job well. They’re also fully lined so my hands didn’t feel sweaty.

excellent for mucking about in the fish pond – found men’s gloves I’d used before were too big and cumbersome, these are just right. Can’t comment on durability or longevity really as only used them twice so far.

I’d broken my arm a few months ago and had to wear a cast. As you can’t get the cast wet, and I wasn’t willing to use a plastic bag, I got this. It was really helpful, definitely on the smaller size. They are elasticated at the top as to not let water in. I would recommend this for parents teaching their kids to do the washing up, or if you’ve broken your arm like me!

Great looking gloves. Disappointed that after 3 months gloves started to tear at the seams where the design met the glove itself. So still able to use. But just missing my pretty flowers

Purchased these as their just what I’m after…having a tattoo on arm and wrist so be perfect for washing up and protect my newly done tattoos, nice and long as well.

I never thought I would find myself raving about a pair of rubber gloves but these are a real pleasure to wear! They come up to my elbow and fit snugly due to elasticated at top. The glove part is lined with a super soft fabric making these warm and comfy and also easy to slip on, plus they are such a pretty blue colour and pattern they actually make me smile when I put these on. I wanted them primarily to help with blocked loo issues now and then as we have an oldish loo with as sharp bend which sometimes requires a helping hand to clear! Regular gloves were never quite long enough but these do the job perfectly. I have quite small hands and I would not say these are huge in the hand but not sure what size I bought though it would not have been a small size, but they are perfect on me.

The length on these is excellent especially when cleaning the oven. The gloves are of a decent thickness and the ‘sleeve’ has a well elasticated top to keep them in place.

I bought these as I wash dogs all day every day and had developing dermititis. I was a little skeptical as there was another listing for a more expensive pair so I bought both and these have actually outlived the more expensive pair .

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersThey are great thick gloves, beautifully lined. I hate touching dirty water when washing up so propper thick gloves are an essential to me. I wash up with extremely hot water and I never feel like I’m about to burn. My hands do get sweaty though (probably because of the high temperature of the water) which upon removing them, causes the lining to stick to your fingers and get pulled out with you almost inside out. This becomes a nightmare when trying to put them back on the next day if you haven’t quite fixed them good enough at the time of removal. Might just be my hands that do this ! But wanted to make others aware so they are not frustrated like I was when putting them back on and not being able to find the finger holes because the lining has misaligned on removal. They are amazing and love the colour and pattern other than this. I also noted that during the course of use, the pattern material started pulling apart at the seams. I fixed this with superglue a few weeks back which held well, but now starting to do again. I do use these gloves every single day and do get a LOT of use out of these, so I am probably putting them to the test. This is the reason for taking a star off the durability. But overall much better than standard supermarket gloves.

A pretty and practical pair of gloves.
Long offering a good length of protection on your arms.

Fit okay and fingers weren’t too restricted. Being a rubber type material my hands did sweat after a while. But they did the job.

Bottom line – good value gloves that I’d buy again.

I use the gloves when washing the dishes. The long cuffs stop my sleeves from getting wet. The problem for me is that they are far too big which makes one rather clumsy. I wish there were smaller sizes.
