Bought this to seal a shower pod and replace old peeling seal. Its easy to use, but I would recommend using an edge tool as it is very sticky. It is durable when dry. A great option if you dont have a caulk gu
I’m so impressed, and honestly cannot believe how easy this is! I’ve always thought sealing was faffy and tricky (I have done it on occasion, but far prefer to leave that job to my husband), but I urgently needed to re-seal a bath in a rental property. I purchased this item, and WOW! When people say something ‘does exactly what it says on the tin’, boy, does this one deliver!!!! It was SO easy to use, and the result was amazing! Unfortunately I didn’t have my phone to take photos of the finished result (which trust me – looked great! ) but I honestly couldn’t recommend this product more and I’ll happily do our own sealing in future!
Amazing little product with pressurised applicator built in so I don’t need to find my cartridge gun!! Good professional quality product and perfect little size to just reseal my bath and maybe Mum’s too!
Needed this to use on my bath and bathroom tiles. Wasn’t a big gap so managed to finish it ok. Note> if the gap at top of bath and tiles are wide this will not do the job as its too small, be better off going to a DIY store in that case.
Handy for little sealant jobs, didnt get much more than a normal size bath done with it before it was empty. Seems to have done the jobs though and no leaks!
I have always had to rely on others to do the sealant round the bath because I haven’t enough strength to use a silicon gun, so thought I’d give this a try myself. I made a bit of a mess to start with, but once I got into my stride I found it really easy and so quick to use. I used a tool to take off the excess, but found it easier and less messy to use a wet finger. All in all, a brilliant little product.
As sealants go, this one has to be the best. As it has created the exact look i needed for my shower tiles, which had a lot of rising fungus and now they look great, and the water just repels off the tiles. Have bought another one, as so impressed
Its expensive for what it is. It says its easy to use, I don’t find sealing a bath easy …like icing a cake in the dark :-), but this certainly makes it easier that a large tube and a gun. the actual sealant is good adheres well, and smooths out well.
Not the cheapest way to get a kitchen sealant, but for the speed and ease of use, it is worth the extra costs. Did the job nicely, and as it is pressurised, it just needs a smooth movement to get a perfect flow.
As the headline says, you get more or less enough for the job. I ended up with leftover, but if you do end up digging into the dregs of the can, then you’re going to lose that pressure, which means less product flow and more chance of tearing what you’ve laid in. I’d suggest a second can when you start to lose flow, but my job was larger than average.
I didn’t use a second can and caused myself some issues when I started to move more slowly – the bond began to set up and I ended up causing a tear when it started to adhere to the nozzle. That wouldn’t have happened if I’d have started a second can and had a faster flow, so I’d bear that in mind.
Kicks in pretty quickly and the any problems I had with it were caused by myself and moron who previously installed the bath and not the product.
Literally just a case of masking up, application, smoothing (don’t forget to use spirits if you’re using a finger!) and pulling up the tape.

Just a little expensive
