It works and is doing its job, no problems at all, and it makes my husband happy as he can go back into his den and watch all his sports progs!
We got a new TV and somehow it came with the wrong remote, we had been struggling along with it thinking its us until a satellite man came and told us . So we got this one and it works perfectly and was a good price. So brilliant.
Having bought a cheaper remote control which didn’t work at all, went for this one and it is great. Works well and is easy to use. No setting up. Doing exactly what I wanted it to do, so very happy with my purchase!
Bought as a replacement for my daughters TV. The on/off button on her old one stopped working. Arrived very fast.
Almost identical to Samsung genuine article and performs all the functions. Sometimes feel signal to TV isn’t quite as strong

This was perfect worked straight away you do need batteries but I mean that’s not really a problem but perfect ! No issue here
Unsure whether there is a problem with remote or tv as it does not always switch on or change channel. Jury still out.
This replaces my old tv remote and works really well. Feels good, looks good and nice in the hand.
I was not sure if my original Samsung remote was working correctly or the tv sensor, but my sat box remote worked on both, so decided to get this remote and see.
Some reviews say this remote did not work, but I can only say after putting in some batteries (which are not supplied), and my tv switched on straight on. All buttons are in the same place and work as per the original, so no worries.
I have since found an original remote available on line for a few pounds more, but I will stick with this one for now and see how it goes.
This was bought to replace the original Samsung remote that my Labrador puppy has just chewed up. Yes, It’s a good replacement, perhaps a little bit less powerful than the original, but it works fine. no set-up works out of the box. point and shoot. Unfortunately, I’ve can’t give it five stars as the manufacturer has done nothing to make it less attractive to labradors, and thus, thanks to the dog, this one only lasted 4 days. I will buy an alternative and write a comparative review. TL;DR if you don’t have a dog, and need a new Samsung remote, this will work perfectly for you.
Had it delivered to my parents, as their dog has chewed up their remote. Needed something that would just work right away, otherwise I would have had to go all the way up there and set it up for them, because they’re pensioners who don’t understand technology. They don’t even have internet. It arrived, they put the batteries in, pointed it at the telly and it worked straight away. Result. Was expensive because I went for next day delivery, so could have had it for half the price but they would have been without the telly for a week, and they’ve got nothing else to do…
Love this. Struggled with a dodgy remote for years and finally put my hand in my pocket to buy a new one. Replacement came the next day and I was initially a bit worried because it didn’t come with any instructions to set it up but then I put some batteries in and.it just worked! Perfect.
My original Samsung remote control had packed up, wouldn’t work at all. I looked on Amazon to see if there was anything that might work on my TV, and picked this one out. When it arrived, I felt really nervous, thinking perhaps it wouldn’t work, but when I put the batteries in and pressed the button – hey presto! the TV sprang into life! It’s marvellous, seems quicker than the original one! I recommend it wholeheartedly.
he only problem with this remote control unit is there is no voice control button on the side as on original (not a big issue with me) but maybe with others hence only 4 stars . thank you James D
