Am so pleased with this fan really made up I’ve had my late mums fan and didn’t want to part with it so my husband taken it to work thanks
I ordered this a few months ago. The original order was broken but they sent a new one out which was fine and I was able to put it together quite quickly. It works very well.
I bought it to counter the June heatwave in the UK.
The day it arrived the heatwave ceased but I still use it every day and would not like to do with it.
Overall I would rate as 5 for the various functions but a one for the poor instruction manual on how to assemble. I referred to you tube which was much better.
This was a little more involved than other fans I’ve bought, the base required screwing in and isn’t just ‘pop together’ like soke other fans. In my opinion this adds to the structural strength quite some.
The fan has 3 speed settings and is very powerful, admittedly I had my doubts at first but on use this thing managed to prove me wrong – a rarity.
As with all fans, it will require being taken apart every so often and cleaning, I do my fans approx weekly and they never give me issues.
Nice tall fan, plastic blades not metal, with a metal cage front and back.
The base seems solid enough I’ve tried to give it a small knock to see how well it stands up, and so far very impressed with it.
Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase a fan, just have some basic DIY tools and skills to hand, you’ll need them for assembly.
Instructions not very clear; best to use common sense!
I got this for my parents during the summer of 2021 and they’re pretty happy with it. However I picked up a fan from lidl which was a couple of quid cheaper and much better quality, quieter and more powerful
