Quite comfortable to wear. A few modes on the front which can be very bright so you do need to avoid looking directly at anyone! Handy red light on the rear battery too if you use on a bike.
Very bright head torch as in the description battery lasts around 2hrs 8 modes including dim orange lights good quality very sturdy construction would consider this seller again if I had to replace in future
Used it for a trip to the Arctic Circle where temps at times were -19. The light never failed and the battery was good. The display on the back telling you how much power you have left in the battery is a really good touch and unlike the red light on the back also, The other head torch I brought for my daughter was fully charged before I left but gave up the ghost as soon as I turned it on.
Literally this is amazing, the amount of light this produces plus keeps me able to be seen from miles away ahah!
But the recharge in this is really good! Which I like as I’m a delivery driver myself & this helps me find the correct address to deliver to 🙂
I don’t know where to start. Firstly the battery life on this is amazing i think thats the most important thing. The brightness on this lamp will illuminate a whole room with ease leaving no dark spots i use it for when i go on bike rides through the forest in the evenings and the feeling of safety is unbelievable.

I haven’t used it much, but it is very bright with various settings, but found it to be quite heavy, but once I get it strapped on my head properly I soon got used to the weight. I like it!
Amazing light for night with the dogs, lots of different settings. Verry pleased

One downside, charging port is nonstandard. That is, if you lose the charing cable, you will be royally screwed.
Great range of illumination options, can be quite blinding at full beam. Quick to recharge but need to use a longer charging plug as port is quite recessed
Really nice torch works like a charm beams the whole street.
Broke two weeks in the connections inside are welded by a Chinese farmer that works on one meal a day, I welded them back and no issues since.
Most things about this head torch is great, functions, easy set up, long battery’s and great brightness, the only thing i find wrong with it is the flat plate on your forehead which is uncomfortable after a while. Otherwise it’s a good quality head torch
Only had this thing for like a day and it’s a beast …its not 22000 lumens but its definitely enough I think more would be silly. The having to turn it off 8 times to get it to go off has been fixed it seems to be if ypu leave it on one setting for like 30 seconds then press the power button it turns off and when you turn it back on it stays on that last setting. Not had any problems with the strap either as I have a rather small head and it adjusts fine
Good for close work which is why I bought the head torch
My only criticism is the head strap needs to be longer. Wearing over a hat is just a bit too tight for my liking. That said it’s good for the price.

Well made, excellent illumination and easily recharged – Very handy – I now have around 5 similar units left in convenient places around the house so that one is easily to hand when the need arises..
This headtorch is certainly bright and the adjustable strap is easy to adjust for a comfortable fit.
On the downside, switching the torch off has to be done 6 times before the light turns off. A simple on/off switch would be an improvement. Battery life is not brilliant and after just a few charges, battery only lasts for aprox 100 minutes which is a pity.
This was a repurchase bought for my husband who had worn out the previous version of this head torch. He uses it daily for work – the old one still works but he’d managed to break part of the plastic head strapping so seemed a good gift for Christmas – and he’s very pleased with it!
The brightness is really good.
The only two things wrong it is that apparently you can’t leave it set on how you used it last time, and the first time my son used it was to mend under his car he put his head on the ground which broke a clip at the back of the head, he fixed it using a tie-wrap but it was a shame. Apart from these two niggles the head torch is very good.
Super bright I can see whole of a 2 acre field. Batter life not brilliant and beacuse battery bar is on rear to us have no warning, it just dies. That said you can’t expect hours and hours with something so bright and it easily lasts a whole night of doing horses so very happy with it and would recommend.
I was looking for a bright light for dog walking in dark country fields. Previously, I’d invested in a heavy duty 6000 lumens job, which was soooo bright but so uncomfortable and shocking battery life.
This is significantly cheaper, bright enough to do the job and really comfortable and light. The battery will give you around 1.5 hours, but be warned that it suddenly goes from 2 pips to off (at least you have the pips to indicate battery life!).
There’s something like 8 settings and annoyingly you seem to need to cycle through the settings rather than it remembers the last setting you used. Furthermore to get to the lower intensity settings you need to go through the monster brightness ones first. It might have been a idea to start with the lower power ones and week up.
Realistically there’s 3 or 4 different settings
Big spotlight
Little spotlight
Diffused short range
Each one of the above has high and low settings but they’re not much different in my opinion
Then there’s flashing options and red options and red flashing options so there’s bound to be a setting for most needs but basically you’re probably going to use one or two settings most of the time
As others mentioned the usb rechargeable battery life is okay but not excellent but you can easily upgrade which is what I’ll do when the supplied batteries start to dwindle.
All in all excellent value for money and if they last a year money well spent and I’ll be happy using them practically every day for an hour to walk the dogs.

Bought this as a replacement for a headband I got for Christmas that suddenly died for no reason. Came same day delivery and while the choice of options is bewildering, once set you hold down the button to turn it off then when you turn it back on it remembers your setting and starts off with that one. took the dogs out on to an unlit field and it was great. The side panels lit an area round me so I could see what was happening and the torch had a great range and I could see quite a distance. If I had a complaint it would be I’d like the side panels to stretch wider round the head for a bigger lit area, but that’s a small nitpick. A very good product so far.
The head torch is light and sits comfortably on your head, even with a bobble hat on. The settings on the front and back lights are good & varied. Very good brightness whilst walking in the dark with no street lighting. The only thing I would say is that as you can’t position the front light to a different angle you need to have the torch quite low on your forehead if you want the beam to right in front of you, which does work well as once it is positioned on your head it doesn’t move.
I love this head torch and also had a tech email on what I needed to look at and what to do, so it really is so bright when turned on when I put out the recycling early in the dark mornings, I had a handheld light which never worked because I had too much to take out every week. I Frigging love it!
Needs a lower setting on the front lights and more light at rear. On the plus side it is very very bright. The down side of that is you can dazzle on-coming people even on the lowest setting. Its good that it has a rear light but the rear is too dim. Its large so could become uncomfortable over time. The construction is entirely plastic other ones feel higher quality due to metal bodies. But it is rechargeable, it is bright and it is relatively cheap so 4 stars.
Apparent quality belies the cheap price. However, the metal construction makes it heavy at 119g/4.2oz (the 2oz advertised weight it a total lie). This makes it poor for running, as without a top strap it slides down. I think you could makes something.
Perhaps the aluminium is for heat dissipation – on high setting the whole torch get hot, too hot to touch. after say 10 mins. It’s OK on your head. Not suitable for kids. This might mean the light output is more stable than plastic lights (acts as a heat sink).
The beam pattern is fantastic, neither too diffuse nor a tiny spot, making it superb for cycling etc, so you aren’t in a tunnel constantly moving your head to get the spot of light where you need it. No need for a zoom function or seperate LEDs, unless you have very specific requirements.
4000 lumens is obviously a complete lie – two car headlights on main-beam are only 2600 lumens! But don’t let that put you off – the product is good, just don’t trust advertisers.
The bright goes from brighter than you need, to nice and dim, which is good for battery life and not disturbing people. It is reasonably easier to get the lower setting, but not inuitive, and if you only use it occaisionally you’ll probably forget how.
When you turn it on you get a sensible moderate beam. And when you pressure it again, after having used it a bit, it turns off! Fantastic, an actual on-off button! No pressing 3 times to get a useful setting then six times to turn it off like gimmicky ones.
However the flashing modes are rubbish and very awkward. Stobe would give epilepsy to a corpse, SOS mode may cause unintended emergency call outs as it is a nice flash rate. Slow is too slow for any use I can think of (3 seconds – no use cycling).
Micro usb.
I recommend it it you want useful brightness with good battery life.
I was a little worried that this might be unwieldy, but they are balanced and light. The battery pack (Lithium cells) sit at the back (with a red bike light if you want a rear warning on your head) and a flexible lead goes to the compound light array at the front. You can select which lamps you want on or a combination depending on need. I bought this to do a tricky repair job where I needed good light and both hands in a tight space. This was awesome. I really like the fact that the lithium cells are standard cells and can be replaced in the future if you need to meaning that as long as the LED bulbs last then the head light should last many years. Good value and recommend this head light.
