What are WaterWipes made from?
Our biodegradable* wipes are made from 100% viscose, a renewable, plant-based material. Viscose has a silky soft feel on your or your baby’s skin and is strong, meaning it won’t break apart in your hand, so you can clean with confidence.
Are WaterWipes flushable?
No. We recommend you do not flush WaterWipes baby wipes or any other wet wipe.
Are WaterWipes Biodegradable Wipes the same as previous WaterWipes?
We haven’t made any changes to the WaterWipes formulation, apart from removing the plastic from the wipe material itself, so our wipes are now 100% biodegradable* using a 100% plant-based material.

We have used water wipes for the last 17 months. They are perfect for sensitive skin, or anyone’s skin for that matter as they don’t contain unnecessary ingredients.
These are good quality wipes contained within a plastic type packaging with a plastic slip to keep them damp and clean.
It was easy to remove each tipe from the packaging, not like some that come out in 3’s and 4’s whether you pulled them or not!
The wipes are a good size and sufficiently strong to wipe most surfaces without ripping or separating.
They can be used for a variety of uses, baby wipes, surface wipes or in my case, kept within the car for hand cleaning after fast food purchases!

We’ve always tried other wipes but gone back to these because there are no others like these waterwipes. They’re perfect for sensitive skin, they dry quickly and they don’t burn, especially when poor baby has a nappy rash. With just a drop of fruit extract and the rest being water, I would say you can even use this on newborn’s skin after 4 weeks. We buy in bulk now as they’re perfect!

Glad I bought a lot of these as they are really good, individual towels are a little smaller than I thought but not a problem as I bought plenty of them!

Gentle on my baby’s bum and just wet enough – not soppy or to dry like some other brands. I even use it sometimes as a face wipe or to wipe surfaces. It’s an all rounder really.
This is really good. Has enough water and wipes are soft. Could literally squeeze water out of it. Size of wipes used to slightly larger. Don’t know why it has been reduced. Otherwise can’t fault product. Really good. And manufacturers should increase wipes size a tab bit.
We’ve been using these since my daughter was a couple of months old. More than a year in and we are very happy with the consistent quality and the kindness to her skin. Always worth buying in bulk too!
These are a lot better than I thought. Water wipes are far and away the best wipes out there but annoyingly have never been biodegradable as they contain plastic. I’ve tried other brands of biodegradable wipes and they’re ok but not as good as regular water wipes. Now for these. They’re much better than other brands I’ve tried and are as close to the regular water wipes as you’ll get. Very good for weaning!
