My mum has this Wolf garten tool, this was an great addition for her to make sweeping up leaves super easy! They live on an apple orchard as you can imagine there is a lot of leaves!!!!
The rake is light weight and strong. It rakes up small birch tree leaves.
A handle is not included but we had a handle which attaches already. It is such a brilliant concept to have different heads for the same handle as it saves space. The only issue is if two people want to use the handle for different purposes at the same time.
I would highly recommend this product. I bought a second one for my mum!
Bought nearly 4 years ago (Nov 2018), and this is easily the best lawn/leaves rake that I have ever had.
Note: Because the head is detachable, it is also extremely useful gathering up & bagging the leaves.
– Very effective
– Does not pull up grass
– Very robust (no broken tines after 4 years)
– Excellent value

The product seems to work well. It clears the leaves etc from the lawn without damaging the grass. It has to be light but hopefully its lightness will not affect ite sturdiness.
Light, strong, and with an amazing 35 year guarantee, this is an excellent addition to my set of Wolf Garten tools. I just clicked it into the handle I have already been using with other heads for several years and I was ready to go, in this case raking up some long grass that had been strimmed. Looking forward to using it for years to come.
I like the wolfgarten quick change equipment. Good quality and sturdy …. but a little pricey. This leaf rake is ok but i would have preferred it about 50% wider. It just takes too long to do a mid sized lawn.
I have always found the wolf Garten range to be of excellent quality and this lawn rake is no exception. I am confident that it will outlast cheaper versions that usually bend or snap after a season’s use.
It’s very light but strong enough to put some weight on it and drag it around the garden collecting leaves. It’s long but my 3 year old also managed to use it so the length is not an issues. Great buy, I expect it to last a long time.
I do like this rake and am pleased with the pole and connection system. I’ve had to replace two rakes now where the pole has broken off at the neck of the rake. This system is very sturdy and the rake is great on grass for raking up lawn cuttings and all the petals and leaves that get blown onto the lawn. Very happy with it and will buy some other garden tool heads.
Quality and long lasting lawn rake attachment. As professional gardener I have found most plastic lawn rakes only last one or two season as they get very brittle partially in colder weather. This last for years and even used every day used does great job of clearing leaves and hedge trimming of your lawn etc
I haven’t used this particular rake yet so my response is based on the fact I have used them before. I get through roughly one a year. I am a gardener.
I used to use a traditional old metal rake for trying to clear leaves from my lawns but it was hard work because it tended to dig into the soil too much and was more like a scarifier. I was a bit sceptical about a plastic rake as I thought it would be too flimsy but I decided to keep faith in the Wolf-Garten brand and some of the other reviews. So glad I did. Did the job superbly. My tip would be to make sure that you don’t use it too heavy handedly, just make sure you keep to the surface of the lawn and it will gather the leaves.
I’ve been using a grass rake for years to collect fallen leaves, but thought I’d give this a go. It was so much easier to collect leaves and wasn’t constantly getting stuck in the grass. I’m really glad I purchased it and would definitely recommend!
Its just a rake and its ok, but what I really like is the interchangeability of all the heads one handle and then all your heads fit to that. I already had the yard brush which is very good, the system makes for great storage, in all honesty the rake itself is no better or worse then any other but the brush and handle are well made and sturdy.
I have lots of mature trees in my garden, a lot of them silver birches, which of course have small leaves. This takes them up much more easily and efficiently than the larger, metal leaf rakes, whose tines are too far apart and leave the little ones behind. However, it is just as good for the larger leaves, such as maple, and is very light and easy to use. And I already had a Wolf Garten patio brush, so didn’t have to buy a shaft for it.
I purchased the Moss Rake, the Leaf Rake and the Aluminium Handle. What a nice piece of kit to have this is. It’s a clever and practical design and feels like it will last for years. Just be careful with the Moss Rake when using it, start off light and gradually apply more pressure if needed. If you go in all guns blazing like I did then you will tear your lawn to shreds in places. The best method I found for using the Moss Rake is to almost cast it out in front of you at arms lengths, let it grip the lawn and then still at arm’s length gently but firmly drag it back towards you. You can nudge the thing back and forth a little on any stubborn bits of lawn. I filled our garden waste wellie bin twice over with moss and thatch, which shows how effective this tool is.
Great little rake..ideal 4 smaller jobs..i am a gardener by trade so have seen lots of rakes over years.this one is ideal .wudnt recommend 4 large gardens but ideal 4 smaller intimate gardens.robust good pick up..all in v dece
I wouldn’t normally expect to replace a wolf product so quickly, but even this garden rake is no match for a Ford Mondeo driving over it. So the old one doesn’t really work anymore so we got a new one! These are lightweight and good around the garden – I find this quite good when raking up the leaves. And of course it is part of the wider wolf multi change tools so I already have the handles for other products as well. Strong plastic and should last for a few years.
I like wolf gartens products. This leaf rake will serve no doubt for a few years. It’s a little prone to loosing teeth if you are a little handed, they bend and eventually come off! Still good for the money and convenient to use as it can be changed when not needed!
I must be getting old if I can get excited about a plastic rake head. So, so ,so. I work as a gardener and have been using this for the last month – and probably for the next month untill all the leaves have dropped. Well impressed. Being made of plastic I did not think it would last 5 minutes – how wrong I was. Robust and effective, and unlike the metal tine rakes does not drag up half a barrow of moss as you use it – just the leaves. A little expensive, but seems to be worth the monies.
