This is not a very good imitation of wood, looking very plastic, however, granddaughter was pleased with her own wand having recently started to read Harry Potter book. No current opinion on it durability. Will update on any developments.
My daughter had great fun with this and works really well with the app. Had the whole family entertained on Xmas day!

I bought this wand for my daughter’s birthday since she is such a big potterhead and she absolutely loved it.
It does not feel like a cheap wand whatsoever. The sturdiness is amazing and the LED light is really bright.
The only complaint I have is that the packaging it came with was a bit dusty but is did not affect the wand.
Overall this wand is amazing. The wand does have a few blemishes but I think it’s for a “vintage” look.
I am completely satisfied with my purchase.
Great toy and has soo far kept my 5yr old occupied for hours and thinking he is Harry Potter. Only downside is the tip is flimsy and has already cracked after only a few days causing the led light to move. Will be sending back for a replacement.
My daughter debated spending 32 on a wand from the Warner bro studio Harry Potter tour… She decided to save her money & by this one, 12 cheaper… Well she was glad she did, the fact it lights up & all over is better. Would definitely recommend & certainly a money saver l.
Great collectible item for a Harry Potter fan and best price by far for this on here. Arrived next day with Prime and my daughter absolutely loved it. Great presentation box too adds to the magic.
This feels like good quality and very sturdy . My son really likes it and it looks great with his costume . We have installed the app and found it to be not very good . It’s a little disappointing in that respect . My son still loves it though so not too bothered .
