Was having neck problems on my office chair until I had this because I couldn’t rest my head while also maintaining eye contact with the computer screen. This product fixed the issue
If you like me and like to take you seat back a little (little belly). Then you not going to feel this rest unless you lay back. But by then your not going to see much of the road in front. So could be much thicker would help rest the neck and you head. But should be fine if you not get a big belly am sure…
I’ve got spinal scoliosis curvature to the spine. When in my car driving it is a nightmare for my head and neck it’s not being supported with the cars own head rest.
So I had to adapt and buy one that would allow my head and neck to be supported.
Believe me this is the best head rest by far which supports your shoulder blades, neck and head and relief’s my pain.

I was planning to return the head support but one evening I was using my iPad in bed and just decided to try it over my metal headboard and it worked better than any pillow or cushions I’ve got twisted cage finials. That just means hard metal bits right behind your head and I’ve had the headboard for 20+ years and the head support works great so I’m keeping it but it stays in my wardrobe unless I’m watching TV or using the iPad.
Purchased as I have a spinal kyphosis and therefore my head does not rest on the headrest. I was concerned that in an accident my spine could be damaged. This car neck support fists my neck perfectly and allays my fears of spinal damage whilst driving
This gizmo would have been the answer, but it’s only adjustable in one direction, and that’s upwards.
For my height, the neck support needs to sit a little lower down from the headrest. Sadly, this support cannot be lowered, only pulled upward, accommodating the taller person. What a shame.

It does tend to move slightly out of position sometimes but I dare say if I spent more than the 10 seconds I did in the first place to install it then I would figure out a way to make it stay in place better.
The fact is that it does the job I desired it to and for longer journeys I can sit back in a bit more comfort whilst maintaining a good driving position.
It’s less about wanting to rest and more about stopping neck strain and fatigue, which tends to be the case when you’re head is bobbing about the place for hours.
I was a bit hesitant when buying as it looks an ‘odd’ shape in the pictures (perhaps protruding too much in places). But the shape is absolutely fine and contours the head and neck in a non-invasive manner.
Generally great head rest but (through no fault in the item) sits too low on a BMW 5 series more like upper back support in that car. Only way to fix that is not tie it in at the head rest rods, which also means it’s kinda falls off every now and then.
I suffer with neck pain ~ giraffe neck issues.

I drive for 6 hours to work and .boom neck is all tight again.
This has really helped I’ve had less episodes of pain. It’s not what I’d call comfortable but i don’t want to launch it out the car window on the M6 either.
First up, the material is comfortable to rest against, with a good memory foam experience, cushioning your head and upper back. This creates a perfect resting point to help protect your neck. The material is a nice matt black and is all but invisible against my black leather seat. This pleases me enormously, as I don’t want to be waving a big flag saying I have problems!
During the recent heatwave the support has not been super-heated, unlike my seat and has remained supportive, with no droop of the foam. There is an elasticated band that wraps around the back of your headrest that keeps the support in the right place, which is a positive. It took me a while to get it in the best place, but I wouldn’t want to drive without it now.
I have the support positioned so that it covers my upper back / lower neck and provides support there at – for me – what is the most crucial part. I don’t want the thickest part of the pad touching my head, so that sits at the nape of my neck and is perfect on long drives on the motorway so that I can fully rest my head on the cushioning. It really does work for me, try it, it could do for you, too. Recommended.
This really supports my neck and head and is so comfortable. I no longer get neck pain whilst driving. It’s good quality, really smart looking and the best bit of kit I’ve bought to try to make driving more comfortable and I’ve bought several items like arm and leg supports. I’m disabled and this headrest has really made a difference. I’d heartily recommend this item. It’s great value for money.
I would arrive at my destination with dreadful pain in my neck, arms and shoulders and unable to hold the steering wheel at the proper points, during my journey.
I cannot give enough praise to this product, it works like magic; having looked at several similar items online, this one seemed to be ergonomically designed and a lot of thought had quite obviously gone into the product.
I have returned from a 3 hour round trip today; totally free of pain, thank you Zatooto !
Would like it to come with red piping but this is best a tiny niggle it looks great in use and does what I needed it to. It should absorb bumps and jars from horrible roads. Time will tell.
It’s one of those products you would not think of until you have one then you’ll wonder how you manage without it.
