I got this to get rid pigeons out my garden, trees and bushes as we have far too many of them. It takes a bit of practice but I’m more accurate now and the pigeons don’t hang around so much now and usually disappear when I appear.
Good stuff – perfect for scaring away pigeons – use mud shot to make sure you don’t hurt them too bad. But works great – they never return after a couple of hits.
I’ve never really owned a sling shot so.I’m not really sure what makes it a good one but so far so good with this. It’s small but very sturdy easy to pop in your pocket, comes with a spare band set, works well firing tick tacs and pez sweets at my daughter so it’s been a lot of fun.
Purchased this item to scare rats from the bottom of my garden as it backs onto arable fields and the harvest had just been taken in and the rats were looking for a new place to live! This was my first purchase of a slingshot and I found the three bands a bit to strong to draw back, however it was easy to remove one of the bands and reduce the power of the slingshot.
I am not very accurate but I think this is due to my inexperience more than the slingshot.
Good news although I didn’t hit any, the rats have decamped elsewhere.
well made (metal diecast) frame but smaller than I expected Can’t comment on accuracy as still waiting on delivery.
comes with spare set of elastic bands.Not meant for people with large glove size.Will put it in my “might use sometime” drawer and will now look for larger model.
