Easy to use and flexible. Doesn’t easily get tangled and comes with a nozzle with several spray types. Far superior to the old style hoses which tend to flatten and distort.
I’m really pleased with this hose, it’s small and lightweight then stretches out once the water goes in. The spray is sturdy & easy to use and the connector for the tap is really good. It also comes with a holder that hangs neatly over my outside tap and keeps the hose tidy when not in use
I bought this to replace another expandable hose, that the inner tube detached from the fitting. So far this seems a lot more sturdy, and its nice having a shut off valve at the end so you can turn the water on to stretch it, and still not have any of the water leaking out.
Great garden hose, you just need to fit on a tap and you are good to go. It doesn’t take up much space when not in use, has different spray patterns, works out great. Seems good enough quality
I used this all summer long without problems. No leaks at all. The hose doesn’t stretch as far as it claims to begin with, but with daily use it extends further. I can now get from the tap at the back of my house all the way to the front. Packs away neatly after use. I just put it into a garden bucket and keep it out of direct sun.
Stores easily on the included hook, has a good selection of choices in the spray and the jet option does clean out the weeks and moss between the slabs on our patio.
Installing this product was fairly east as there was variable types connectors, not totally sure a manual is really warranted but a manual is provided all the same.
Recoiling was nice and easy and spraying the garden was an enjoyable experience. The only downside was that is didnt just as recoil as I was hoping and I get the impression the more is used the more it will lose its recoil shape.
The tube is sturdy though and the bag is a handy solution.
Exactly what I wanted! Good quality compared to others I’ve had. Just hope it doesn’t burst like they did. I would say it’s not as long as I thought it would be, even after tap is running and it’s extended . I feel like I’m stretching it too far.
The hose itself is a good length amd really expands and stretches when in use.
The controls on the head are fabulous with a lot of different sprays available and a very easy to use slider to control the pressure. It also has a button to lock the water in the on position so you don’t have to keep pressing the handle the entire time.
It was very easy to fit and use and is working well so far.
The expandable hose stretches from 25ft to 75ft. It is made from 4 layers of latex pipe and has a flexible fabric cover to protect it from stones/sharp objects. It is anti-kink so wont get tangled or knotted on itself. Although it is long it only weighs around 3 pounds and can be stored in either the bag provided or on the hose hook.
The nozzle has 8 spray patterns including mist, shower and jet so you can use the hose to water the garden or clean your car. The hose comes with 3/4″ and 1/2″ brass connectors and also some spare filters.
A great hose at a great price – I see that it is also on offer at the moment.

This is a fantastic hose, much better than a similar one I got earlier in the year. It fit perfectly on my outdoor tap but does have an adapter and tape if needed. There is an additional valve on the hose spray end too which is useful for after you take the sprayer off to ‘suck’ back up the hose length.
Initially looks short but when you turn it on it expands massively, but without any loss in pressure. The spray end doesn’t leak at all and has lots of settings on an easy to turn dial. It also includes a hanger for the hose to go on for storage. I would recommend hanging it while it is expanded, then remove the sprayer (watch out – it’s full of water!) and watch it shrink up to grip the hanger as the water comes out, quite satisfying! Much better than the big cog wheel ones that are a nightmare to roll and unroll
This is the first time I have tried an expandable garden hose, I have always previously has a windup traditional type. The set comes in a handy storage bag, contained within is the hose, a set of adapters, some ptfe tape, a multifunction pray head, a carry hook and some instructions.
The hose itself is a very interesting design, has brass fittings that look good quality and one end has a built-in shutoff valve. Overall the construction is great and everything functions as, if not better than expected. The way the whole hose expands and contracts and the spray head are all impressive and do the job incredibly well. However…
The product is great, but my garden and my usage needs unfortunately do not match. I do not have a simple shaped and uninterrupted garden. The hose needs to wind round my house and then once in the garden round trees, bushes, a trampoline, and many other obstructions and due to this I will unfortunately be going back to my traditional hose. For anyone who has a more simple layout I can see the huge benefits in using an expandable hose like this.
With car wash getting expensive, I ordered this pipe spray so I can wash my own car at home. The first good thing is the multiple function gun generates a reasonable amount of water pressure sufficient to clean my car, also the gun itself is leakproof. The stretchable pipe is very handy for storage.
Overall this is a good product, especially in summer, it will be a great hit at our place as my kids will love to have some fun with it along with washing and gardening.

These hoses are great at saving space. The gun that came with this one looks and feels a little plasticky, not as substantial as the one I’m using at the moment. Not sure if it’ll last long. The trigger is also stiff but thankfully there are clips to lock it in place so you don’t need to hold it on if you’re doing a long job. It does have 8 spray patterns which are useful. It also comes with a valve before the gun for turning the water off. Not that sure why this is needed as you can stop the water by releasing the trigger on the gun to build up the length of hose. A bonus of 3 spare filters and an adapters to fit different threads. The down side for me was there was no quick release ends to the hose. I can’t remove the gun and attach to the pressure washer or any other adapter. I can’t release the hose from the tap quickly. Both ends are threaded and need screwing on. One of the pictures in the product description shows a quick release fitting. I find this deceiving as it doesn’t come with these fixings.
This hose comes packaged in a draw string bag with all the attachments you will need including sealing tape, brass fittings and spray head. Very easy to attach to our outside tap. It also comes with a strong plastic hanger however we just wrapped it round the tap until my hubby can put up a hanger bracket. The hose definitely stretches 75ft (got the tape measure out) and shrinks down quickly once the water is turned off and you ensure all water is drained. The spray head is one of the best we have used with many spray options, a knob to control water pressure and a orange switch to allow it to be on permanent flow without having to constantly apply pressure to the handle. Overall we are impressed and it compares brilliantly to a more well know brand we bought previously. Only time will tell to it’s durability.
This is a relatively lightweight, lighter-duty garden hose ideal for watering the garden or washing the car.
Probably the main advantage of it is its compact size – when not in use it ‘shrinks’ by about a third in length and diameter (see attached video) then, when connected to a garden tap and fills with water, it visibly expands and stretches. This means it has the benefit of being small and compact for storage while also offering the benefit of longer length to reach around the garden or stretch into the driveway to wash a car.
Construction quality is good and the brass screw fittings to each end are superior to the usual plastic alternatives very robust. It screws onto a standard 3/4″ UK garden tap while the spray-gun end has a conventional push-fit connector. The advantage of having the screw fitting at the tap end is that it doesn’t burst off when under pressure as some hosepipes do when filled with mains-pressure tap water.
The snap-fit spray nozzle is made from durable plastic, features 8-spray patterns plus a clip to hold the spray jet open which avoids hand-fatigue for the user, or it could be left to run unattended.
Also included with the set are a set of mesh filters, some Teflon tape for ensuring a good thread seal, a storage bag and plastic hanging loop to allow the hosepipe to be neatly stored hung on a wall.
I’ve been using it for garden watering and car-washing and found it very efficient and much lighter-weight than traditional heavy PVC or stainless steel hoses. However, being lighter-weight and lighter-duty, it isn’t as tough as some alternatives. This isn’t an issue for use in a typical urban garden laid to mostly lawn and a few small shrubs. However, if used in a more rural setting or in a garden with many thorny bushes, it will be at greater risk of tearing or being punctured. It is also less durable for use around pets, particularly rabbits who have a passion for sinking their incisors into hosepipes or playful pups who also like to chew.

This hose comes neatly stored in its own bag together with a hose holder, brass connectors and an 8 spray pattern nozzle. It stretches up to 75ft (23 metres) which is 3 times its original length, so is great for both the front and the back garden. Having a decent stretch also means it will be very useful for washing the car and the soft hose cover means it wont damage it.
The spray nozzle is easy to change and can be switched around depending on which style of spray you need. I have deducted 1* as I found the water spray was not very powerful compared to the shorter length of hose although on the mist and spray patterns it was great.
