So much better than the current styles with turning cutters that just seem to slip all the time.
Can’t believe the viewer who criticized the fact that the opener leaves a rough edge, what do they expect with this type of opener. Perhaps they should buy an angle grinder from Amazon to remove all the sharp edges :<)
My husband can’t open tins unless he use this..I was looking for a long time before I found this now he’s the main tin operator as I can’t use it lol
After getting 3 others at last I have found one that works. The point is not as sharp as it could be but thanks to the wooden handle you can at least hit it hard enough on the end to actually get it to pearce the tin.
I tried 2 all metal ones before this both were far too blunt to use unless you used a hammer & in both cases they soon bent & were useless.
This may not be as good as what you could get in the 60’s when I was a kid but its as good as you will get & unlke the others at least this has lasted a few months & is still OK.
