I use it all the time for charging battery’s for kids toys love the screen tells you when charging if battery full or if battery’s are bad need to be thrown away
Wooow , certainly didn’t think it would charge as quick as it did. Let’s you know how much charge is left ect. Have bought another one as teenagers fighting over one previously bought.
Having wasted money on a similarly priced one from a no-name brand on a different platform, I opted for this one here and I’m not disappointed. It charges reliably up to four batteries without overheating.
This item certainly does the job – it recharges batteries – it recharges quickly and efficiently. Have not had it long enough toi comment on longevity. At the moment I would recommend.
It is simple yet great.
The charger doesn’t feel cheap and it is easy to use, just plug in the AA and AAA batteries and the green light comes up.
The Amazon Basics 4-Slot Ni-MH AA & AAA Battery Charger proves to be a simple yet effective solution for keeping your batteries charged and ready for action. With indicator LEDs providing real-time charging status updates, this charger adds a layer of convenience to your charging routine.
Amazon based product: Recharable Battery Plug
You can charge x4 AAA batteries at one time or
You can charge x4 AA batteries at one time. In the photos you can see AAA and AA batteries in plug. I’d recommend JCB recharable batteries along with this purchase. 🙂
Got a lot of lights on our fencing and in our garden so bought this to make sure batteries last a while, so simple to use and does what it says it does.
While most chargers you give you a light indication that your batteries are charged this gives you a visual display of how much is charge is left in the batteries and when charging how much is left to go before it thinks its fulled charged the batteries (more on this shortly). The unit can charge either AA and AAA with a charge range of 4 to 7 hours depending on size of batteries you have on charge. To use its simple put the batteries into the charger before plugging into the means (i was using a UK version) and off it goes. The unit does test the batteries for damaged cells and will warn the you according to manual but as yet not come across this with the batteries i’m using.
Coming back to when it thinks its fulled charged the batteries. Unplugging the charger and plugging in again with the same batteries of which according to the display where fully charged about 3 minutes ago . It starts charging the batteries again admitting this time display flashing a 3/4 out of charge for two of them and 4/4 for third one instead of just 1/4 for all 3. Yet the device does come with Delta V cut off detection to protect from overcharge so its kind of concerning of is the unit actually over charging the same batteries only 3 mintue ago was fully charged according to the display unless indeed the batteries had lost some charge while sitting in the device yet this i find hard to believe.
Otherwise this is Fast No-Nonsense Charger that does what it says on the Tin.
Update – The Unit does display a warning message of bad cell when charging a battery that has a bad cell inside and will not charge it.
