Needed something that would screw on using the holes already on the wall as I have a fully tiled bathroom and trying to drill a hole without cracking them is painful! This fitted the bill but I was concerned how good it would be given the price.
Shouldn’t have worried as it looks great and worth a lot more than I paid!
Only sticking point when putting up was the miniscule screw at the bottom that you have to tighten. As you can’t see it it is very hard to screw in as the Allen key is also tiny but perseverance pays off and you get there in the end! If you struggle it might be better to turn it around and have the screw on top so you can see what you are doing.
It’s fastened tight to my wall now though and I’m very pleased with it.
Looks really good, and quality without any faults, the only negative is attached set screws are too thin, and doesn’t hold very well, so had to replace them with my own.
Was slightly nervous about buying these as they were fairly cheap but they look fantastic once on. Very lightweight compared to more expensive makes but no one can tell once they are on. If you’re on a budget, or even if not, these are a great buy in my opinion.
Much better quality than I expected at the price, I would have fitted it with the ends slightly closer together if I had thought about it, but I like the fact that this is closed a both ends (rather than just a long hook) so the loo roll can’t fall off
I had two holes drilled from my previous toilet roll holder, so I put the fixture into one existing screw and hung it to face the left so that the tiny fitting screw is on top rather than underneath- it makes it much easier to tighten. Good product and sturdy now fitted
