I use the 5 pound weights daily to rebuild upper body arm strength. The weights are easy to use and to keep clean. If you want to continue to lift and carry you must not lose muscle strength. I know that now. I highly recommend this manufacturer’s product.
Very good Dumbbell!! I prefer this one than those ones that are bare metal. This one is coated and feels nicer rather the the uncoated ones when after using uncoated ones my hands kinda hurts from the grip and also smells funky.
The weights are good for me. Balanced. The material gets a little slick when I get sweaty from a workout, so I have to keep drying my hands. There is no “grip” or texture on the bar that you hold.

I am currently doing pulmonary rehabilitation twice a week I have bands but I have an issue with my left arm, so I purchased these very reasonably priced. They arrived quickly and I would highly recommend.
Nice quality set of weights (20lbs – grey). No problems so far with weights splitting the vinyl as sone others have apparently found. The vinyl gives the weight a more comfortable grip I feel so makes it better for doing more aerobic type of exercise. I’m a 6ft tall guy though so choose weight size accordingly of course. The 20lbs per dumbell set is quite heavy so would probably only be able to do a certain number of exercises with before exhaustion depending on fitness level of course. Shame some of the lighter weights are not as readily available here (at time of writing) as they make for good comfortable but heavy enough exercise weights I feel.
