This arrived this morning and I’m absolutely delighted with it! Easy to remove the couple of links I needed to with the handy tool that came with it – has given a whole new look to my watch! Would highly recommend
The fabric Apple Strap which comes as standard I found caused irritation of wrist. Also I fond that putting my the watch on was fiddley. However the metal Anlinser strap overcame these problems. Comfortable to wear and easy to adjust to size of wrist. A tool is provided to remove links and care should be taken not to apply too much force and bending the removal pin tool.
This is such a lovely, smart watch strap. It makes a change from the more casual watch straps that you can get for Apple Watch. The set comes with everything you need to adjust the strap to fit. I will say that this process wasn’t the easiest. In fact it was a little tricky but once it was done then at least it’s sorted. Attaching to the Apple Watch was pretty simple though and much better than adjusting the strap to fit.
Overall it looks lovely especially if you are going for a more formal look. It’s well made and looks great, definitely happy with it!
This strap provides a solid and effective metal aesthetic for your Apple Watch. It comes nicely presented in a box that shows it off nicely and would therefore make a nice gift – although if you’re just getting it for yourself you might think the packaging is OTT and could be more eco-friendly and less wasteful.
It is a classic metal style with a one-button clasp release that is easy to use and comfortable. It will likely require adjustment when you first try it on but they helpfully include a tool to add/remove links in the strap. I found it relatively straightforward to take links out as this was not my first rodeo, but not all the link pins are consistent in their tendency to release. A little persistence and you can get the job done though.
The strap fits my Apple Watch SE 44mm well, although I imagine the fact that it is designed to fit 42-45mm cases, and the other one is designed to fit 38-41mm cases suggests a certain degree of tolerance in the fit. Whether this strap fits the 42mm case as well as the 44mm case I cannot say.
For a price of c. 18 (at time of review) that seems like a fair price compared to others I have seen in this style. If such a strap helps you cherish your watch for longer then it will have done its job.
So in love with this strap. It looks so good with my apple watch series 7, fits perfectly and is confortable to wear. One bad thing i can say is that is a bit difficult to remove the pieces to adjust the strap to your size. But since is only the first time for adjust it, is not really a huge problem. Anyway it come with all the tools to do it. The quality looks more than good and feels premium. So recommended.
I use an Apple Watch Series Seven and a Series One. I also like to get a different look on my Apple watches (and other watches in the collection) by changing the straps and bracelets For a smart look I favour stainless steel bracelets and this is a really good example.
First impression was a quality, nicely presented, product. It is a good length so should be suitable for most wrists but also came with a simple pin extractor tool so the bracelet can be shortened. The box also had a small plastic watch cover with a polished “steel” surface which offers a little extra watch protection if necessary and could be useful if the bracelet is used on a coloured watch as it would then give a total stainless steel look.
Adjusting the strap length is very easy but maybe I should point out it is something I often do with bracelets on family’s and my watches. All that is needed is to place the tool on the bracelet with the end of the screwed pin lining up up with a pin on a bracelet link. Turn the screw to to push the pin out. Do that with two pins, remove the link, align the two bracelet ends and push a pin back in. I have a tiny plastic faced hammer to get the ends of the pins below the surrounding link so they don’t catch on clothing but for users that may not have a suitable tool I tried using the little remover tool to push the pin back. It took a few seconds to get the tool aligned but it then pushed the pin right home with no problem. It took less than five minutes to remove links from both sides of the bracelet. I needed to take two links from one side and one from the other. Note that if removing an uneven number always take more from the bottom of the watch face side. That way the watch tends to slope towards the user when held up on the wrist to view.
Overall a nice product and really good value for money. especially compared with the prices Apple charge for straps.
Brushed black metal, a matt and gloss finish and a woven effect of links and you have the components that create a styling in straps that any wearer can be proud of.
Built for purpose (surprisingly some third parties get this wrong) the strap not only glides into the original bodywork of the watch smoothly but also fits snuggly and proportionately.
It comes with the tool to take out the pins for the links which is very easy and straight forward to use and importantly sturdy.
Just to boot but not entirely necessary is a shielding that goes around the original bodywork of the watch and offers style, uniformity and protection.
A really nice quality strap which I put on my watch immediately , a nice silver and gold style strap made of metal and has a clasp click fastening. The strap was overly large but it comes with the tool to allow you to take out some links, now this is where i had a bit of bother with otherwise this item would have been given 5 stars, it was easy to take the first link out but when I attempted one from the other side of the strap the pin would not come out as easily and we ended up really struggling to get it out where the husband came with some pliers to pull it out. which we did manage to do eventually but it also broke a link. so my only advise is to take care when removing a link and be prepared for some not wanting to come out. I now have it at my perfect size fro my writs and I love it.
My wrists are quite slim so I often have difficulty in finding a link watch strap to fit.
This one is fully adjustable, coming with its own tool to help take out the links you don’t need.
Initially I had trouble with the process but then realised I hadn’t lined up the pin into the groove at the bottom of the device. As I was attempting to push out a pin, the other side was forced against the plastic and it wouldn’t come out. Once I’d realised my mistake, the process was very easy to follow.
I took out 3 links on one side and two on the other – it now fits perfectly and looks great.
