I like these dumbbells because being in the upper age bracket they are heavy enough to use with ease and not to much strain but still helping to build weakened arms
These dumbbells are easy to hold, don’t slip in the hand, and the design means they don’t roll or rock when you put them down. They were the cheapest I could find and are well worth the money – I have more expensive ones that aren’t as good!
I use these for bicep curls hammer curls etc great to use. But there are some corners of it where the orange outer layer is ripping off. So the outer layer probably isn’t that sturdy / won’t last long. But for the price I’m happy with it.
I bought these weights as I wanted to start doing some arm exercises every day and I really recommend them. They are comfortable and easy to hold and good value for money. I like the hexagonal ends so they don’t roll away when you sit them down. They were also delivered quickly. And I am pleased to say my arm’s are doing very nicely 🙂

As we are slowly building our dumbell collection to heavier weights I’m always on the look out for a good price on these type. After buying plastic options we soon switched to this smaller easier to hold option. They are getting used more often now and have been a great addition to our collection.
