We have a VW California Beach, the front seats swivel round to face the back ( factory fitted ). On our last trip when we turned the seats back we got the airbag failure light come up. At this time 6 weeks to get in to our local VW garage ( great )!! Oh and of course at least one hour service charge for the privilege. Long story short I whipped the passenger seat out and found a connection had come apart but still leaving the fault light on. 10 minutes after this arrived SORTED. Easy to use, the menus fall in to place and take you where you need to go. Very pleased and impressed.
Bought this as I had the yellow engine light come up on my dash. Highlighted the issue so I was able to get the problem sorted quickly without needing to pay a garage to do it. Then I had a second issue, A/C blowing warm. Checked with this and it showed the pressure sensor had failed. I was then again able to sort it out myself and save a bucket load of cash. I would have tried a regas, a/c service check etc and probably ended up paying a garage a few hundred quid in labour to do a job I did myself on the driveway. My wife’s car is a Skoda so with this I was able to reset the service indicator following a home service .
It’s more than paid for itself and was a very wise purchase
I have not done anything fancy with this yet but it is a very good device and simple to use. I will be using it on more interesting cars over the next couple of weeks and months so I will do a followup in the future. As of now I am very impressed with how it works and it’s functions. Well presented. Plug and play. All you need from a device like this.
This has already paid for it self. Great to know what the issue is other than just a fault light in the dash. Has also access to running data when engine is on.
Had an issue with my cars engine management light coming on, even though the car was running fine. Took it to my local mechanic, quick scan/diagnosis and code deleted. I’ll have my moneys worth with one more scan/code deletion. Good bit of kit . I’m sure it will do far more than I’ll ever need it to.
Got this because my basic Autel reader wouldn’t work with my Skoda, this is pretty comprehensive and reads so mych data from my 2017 Octavia Scout.
Reads the codes and cancelled them no problem.

Quality reliable obd2 scanner . Excellent value .does what it says . I did a lot of reading and watching YouTube before reviews I decided on this and I am not disappointed
Managed to fix a seat air bag occupancy fault , even told me what seat !, Reset service as well Inc CBS , garage couldn’t do that last time ,was going to (ahem ) test then send back ,but I’m keeping this in the glove box 🙂

I have an 07′ Mini Cooper R56 with a BMW engine, this tool is so worth the price. I bought another one way cheaper but it couldn’t read anything. This one gives me all the infos i needed it’s just great.
Remember to do a firmware update once you receive the OBD to get the latest vehicle database from the Autophix website.
Also let me see lots of othet minor niggly codes as well and clear them. Also tested and workimg on my 2020 M340i (G20) which will come in handy.
