This product is something I will be using daily for my line of work. Good quality product that has helped to unblock my customers toilets. Will definitely order again when the time comes.

One comment. Stronger packaging may be a good idea. Protruding end of spring cable slightly bent but easily repaired. A more delicate product would not have survived!
We tried multiple methods and spent a fortune on Mr muscle before purchasing this item and this worked well! The long length meant we were able to get from the toilet through to the manhole cover and beyond to clear most of the blockage. The product could do with perhaps a hook attachment at the end which could be attached at the manhole to pull back through or released once the coil is down the toilet. Also instructions in the pack would be helpful (we had to Google it) just to make sure you start it off correctly.
Overall great product and beats poking around with a wire!
