I gave it 5 stars for quality and price, the only issue I get is tearing the tape soemtimes isn’t that clean but that could be a me issue. Great product makes moving, packing way easier and quicker.
Tape dispenser has a knack to it but once in a rhythm, it’s great for taping up boxes for the move tape looks a bit thin but it’s certainly doing the job.
The tape that comes which this is perfect for me. I have online stores and use it to box items. It is strong and holds heavy items well, so I would definitely recommend for that.
The gun just isn’t for me. I can’t get the hang of it. It’s sturdy and feels like a decent quality, well made gun, it’s just not practical for my use at the moment and I’d prefer to use the tape without it. Nothing wrong with it though, and it comes with installation instructions which was handy

As above the tape is great but the tape gun is a nightmare. It’s a pain to load on the first go (top tip check out a YouTube video, it’ll save you hours of messing about!). Once you get the gun loaded the gun turns a simple one handed straight forward task into a very fiddly two handed job that’s guaranteed to end up with long wasted bits of twisted tape that isn’t attached to anything because you weren’t able to catch the tape at the absolute PERFECT angle against the serrated cutting edge (unless you get that elusive angle 1st go wave goodbye to 12-18 inches of wasted twisted tape as you try and deter h yourself from the box!!
Also comes with a removable cover for the blade & 6 rolls of tape.
Doesn’t come with instructions but simple enough if you do a quick online search.
I do feel it catches a bit on the corners of boxes and the blade does stab the cardboard & leave holes when cutting the tape but that may just be me!
Overall a recommended product which is making my moving experience that much easier.
