Fantastic product. We use it to ensure my elderly parent with dementia is safe in her home as we don’t live close. It let’s us know if she’s up and about.

I have had 3 of these cameras just after launch in three properties I have lived (so different wifi etc). Only work half the time, cameras always “offline”, app is clunky (iphone 12 pro) and sometimes it doesn’t even open. Terrible. Had I not spent so much I would try something different.

For the money, this is a cracking home security camera. It would also be perfect as a dog camera or for keeping an eye on elderly relatives, especially as there is 2 way audio (with premium service) very wide angle lens and microphone means you can see and hear everything in the room. It has 3 modes home, away and private.
Incredibly easy to set up and use.

Elephant in the room, for all features you need to pay an annual subscription, why this bothers people I have no idea, your willing to pay for Sky TV etc but not for peace of mind? Have two of these and a pro! Great bits of kit! Night vision is perfect and during the day you have no idea if it’s active or not (unless you own it)

I bought this to monitor downstairs back Conservatorium doors and back garden. I had a bit issue with it as was getting delayed message and by time I managed to see what’s going on the moment already past. And sometimes getting messages but nothing going on. So wasnt happy with it, but after checking bit settings I have managed to get it perfectly working. First I moved it close to wifi router and delay with message disappeared but couldn’t monitor the back door, which why I get it in first place. So installed socket wifi repeater which resolve the signal issue. On settings if monitoring outside I found better mark sensitivity to low as otherwise it was recording tree movements under wind.
It has its positives and negatives, depending what you buy it for and personal preference. Positives : -great price for picture quality,
-Blends perfectly with Firnuture ,
– works perfectly with Alexa tv and echo, you can what back door threw Alexa on amazon TV.
-great night vision , wide angle.
– two way communication, clear voice.
Negatives : -installation process bit confusing.
– I didn’t bought subscription but it asks some monthly payment for subscription, you need to mark “no” if no need .
Overall: considering item price and perfectly works with Alexa tv and Alexa Echo , quality of picture and night vision I personally found it great deal. Suits my needs.

Currently using in my sons bedroom. He gets up at night so it’s good to be able to check on him and make sure he is safe. I think the camera is well sized so it doesn’t take up too much room. The picture quality in day and night mode is fantastic. The app is simple to use and was really easy to set up. A future improvement would be to allow the camera itself to move left and right.
